M.Awesome place to stay good location good pricing of payment the receptionist really happy go lucky go to person and it made me feel welcome the manager of the other hand she needs to lose customer service skills maybe take a note from the receptionist book very nice lady both are actually you I don’t know what you need you need to go to another hotel and have a sleep

R.I stayed here for only one night but I gotta say I am fascinated by this place ! Customer service was so nice and warm. Superb room that makes you enjoy every single moment of the stay. They provide everything you need, there’s an oven and many kitchenware tools for cooking lovers. I have nothing to complain and I love how they set up the rooms and the vibe of the whole place so much. Everything inside these rooms has great quality with elegant and modern looking. Cafe shop is right on the G floor for a quick breakfast or lunch. Super enjoyable, super satisfying. I will be coming back to Swiss-Belsuites over and over again, not only in Nz, but also when I travel to overseas as well. I’m so glad I found this place :)
K.Excellent stay. We had a party of 9 split between 2 rooms. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious and everything that we had expected. The breakfast had stale bread, bagels and croissants, and parking was not free as it showed online. But would 100% stay again.
G.Very happy with our 3 bedroom suite. A great value for the price and we liked the location. Within a reasonable walk to grocery stores, places to eat, and things to do. The suite could have used some maintenance in some areas, but nothing too concerning that would cause me to lower the rating. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us get into a room as soon as possible after our long 13 hour flight to New Zealand. We'll likely try and stay here again when we return to visit our friends.
D.Very nicely styled 3 bedroom suite we stayed in for 3 nights. Good location for families across from the park and playground and easy walk to CBD. Comfortable beds but a little noisy due to the mattress cover. Nice outlook we had over the park. Handy manuals for all equipment, great deck and super comfy lounges. Highly impressed.
A.We were a frequent hotel visitor here til sometime last year and this was one of our favourite places to stay when we are in the city but since then the quality of service has gone down, the staff aren't so friendly, rooms don't feel clean, there also used to be a free loaf of fresh bread and a jar of honey and a couple of distilled water and cookies all for free on top of the minibar which had a very interesting selection of food. It would be nice to see the same level of service the swiss bel offered when they were just starting out. All in all, it is still one of the most comfortable accommodation out there just dropped the ball on their services a bit and there's a huge room for improvement still.
Y.Swiss belsuites was an amazing hotel room with plenty of space and beautiful bedrooms for my wedding day and bridal party. HUGELY let down by the front desk just not being accomodating at all. Cathryn at the front desk would not allow u to book a time the night before to have someone come to help us with our bags, when we were getting into the bridal car my bridesmaid ran back up before our late checkout 2pm and they had locked our doors with our belongings in them prior to our late checkout time. We had paid and booked two carparks for the day and our names were removed off the carparks the day of the wedding and we had to run downstairs and ask for our names to be put back up so guests knew where to park. We told them we did not want the mini bar products which cathryn told us to just put all of the products into a drawer and hadnt offered to come and remove them. I had paid the whole room prior and another $300 bond was removed on the day which i was not aware was going to happen.
T.This is a sensational place for families in central Auckland. The suites are immaculately clean and the staff are so polite and willing to help with any issues including parking, dining suggestions and more. Ponsonby Road is just up the hill for shopping and eating out. Victoria Park is perfect for a run (most suites overlook it too) and the playground is great fun! Can’t recommend highly enough. We will be back for sure!
S.Very nice place but they don't have room service. Good view. The rooms provide toothpaste and toothbrush as well as snacks (chips, chocolate, soft drinks, 2 minute noodles and etc.) But the kitchen might not be very complete (for example, there was no bowls for the 2 minute noodles to use). Wilson parking is used if a parking space is required.
m.Spent 2 weeks here was very enjoyable room was always clean mini bar stocked the entire staff was very friendly and helpful and very comfortable felt like an apt! Will definitely come back, location is perfect everything is within walking distance.
S.Really nice apartments, with fantastic views. Well appointed and included a Nespresso. Room service was prompt.
A couple of things: I don’t know if it’s Auckland, but the water from the taps was pretty awful. So a supply of bottled water would be a nice touch.
And the street signage is poor. We used cabs quite a lot as my father is elderly. None of them found the place easily. Also, there’s a sign at one of the entrances to Victoria Market, but when you go in, there’s nothing more, so you have no idea in which direction to turn.
Get these things right and it has to be five stars.
M.Apartments are really nice and fully contained. We had breakfast included, but it's not a breakfast unfortunately. So I wish I hadn't paid for the breakfast to be included. Everything else was great.
E.Got a great deal through Agoda. Staff are very nice and the rooms clean and large. Heater worked well and powerful hot shower.
R.Very nice location and lovely rooms. Only fault was we were gone an entire day and our had not been cleaned. We had to request for them to come and clean it, so we had to leave for another half hour during that process

C.A surprisingly relaxing atmosphere. Popped in for a coffee and maybe it was the time of day (brunch) as the staff seemed a little frazzled but otherwise delivered and good coffee. Great prices for a cafe in the centre of Auckland.
T.Its our 4th visit & we love this place great rooms, facilities. Only negative is if you are driving the car parking options are poor. Not many dedicated for guests & other options are expensive car parks or street parking.

Y.Since It's a brand new apartment type hotel, everything is so neat and clean. But there were small oversights. Hairdryer was missing and laundry machine had unplugged.

N.I was in a pickle and needed WiFi for a bit in the city. Obviously not normal practice but they were so kind and let me sit in the foyer for 30 mins. Now, from the quality of that customer service, I would look to stay there for a mini break in the city.
