E.We really enjoyed staying here. So close to town but far enough away too. We had small kids but felt welcome by all staff and tenants. They would often hold the lift etc. Parking isn't at the property so unloading bags etc was a bit of a pain, but once we sorted that it was OK. When we wanted to ask anything or needed anything the staff immediately filled out the request. Would stay here again.
M.Great place to stay for just a few nights. Affordable and has a small gym. Sone equipment broken and not many views but in a convenient location in Auckland City on the corner of Symonds St.
I.Can't complain about the price! Good clean serviced apartment. We stayed for three nights in a queen bed apartment and everything worked good. The bed gets a bit too soft when you sleep in it all day long. The outside street gets a bit rowdy at night time- though this is not the hotel's problem :)
N.I arrived at reception and they noticed the month was wrong. After I explained what had happened they gave me a double room for extra $50 which I didn't mind. I then asked if they have a place where I can park my rental vehicle as the area didn't look safe. They charged me $20 for a parking space behind bars downstairs of building. The customer service was great. Unpacked car and went up to the unit. About 8pm I went to the loo and the toilet seat was very loose. Then about 8.30pm the fridge/freezer starts making a rattling sound which kept me up all night. I didn't want to bother reception as I was tired from driving an 8 hour drive. The WiFi was good but you could only use so much after that you had to pay for the WiFi. I did let reception know of these issues as I was flying out that day.
K.Had a lovely stay here. Great staff - knowledgeable and friendly. Felt very safe here. Nice and central. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, Good shower. We were on the top floor and has fantastic views of the city.

V.Good place to stay for few days in Auckland. Basic accommodation but all you need. The apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped, great if you don't want to be eating out every night. Great location just up the road from Queen Street.
A.Check in and check out were both really smooth. Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately there was a light from the building next door that came through the window and made it seem like it was day light all throughout the night even with the curtains completely closed.
l.This is a good place if you want to be close enough to town but far enough away to not hear the hussle & bussle of the city. Apartments were nice & tidy. Very comfortable stay.
M.This place is perfectly located in central Auckland. The after hours key access worked really well and the instructions were the best I've ever seen. Really really easy to find the room. Parking was nearby. I managed to get locked in the car park but passers by helped me to get out. The room was compact and we'll organised. Some housekeeping lapses which I have notified to the hotel. Very good for an overnight stay and pleasant reception staff
G.Waldorf Tetra Serviced Apartments are very conveniently located in the city centre very close to Queen Street. Reception were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation was very comfortable and at a great price. Please note the luggage storage is open to any guest to access. My only suggestion would be to lock this off for security purposes. Regardless, would recommend this property and happily stay again.
C.Price is cheap and location is quite convenient (up on the hill but still close to the busiest streets). We had a 2-night stay, and the apartment is pretty large with separate bedroom and living room. The only bad thing is that the heater and ventilator were not functioning well.
J.The room quality was alright other than the stained couches, fleas in the bed and broken door number. Couldn't complain about limited free WiFi, very friendly staff and handy location. But I wouldn't recommend getting this hotel if you have an older person in the group as it is situated on a steep hill. Also the smells of the restaurants and what I'm guessing is University students in the hallway was a bit off-putting thankfully the smells don't penitrate the rooms. Great hotel for just holding your stuff while you explore Auckland.
Y.Stayed there a couple of nights during our trip in North Island. Took the shuttle from the Auckland airport, they dropped us at the doorstep. Checking in was quick. Walking towards the city centre was easy (coming back was not that easy as we have to climb the hill). Room size was fine, but the room we got had no views. Bathroom was tidy. There were no much restaurants nearby.
H.Fantastic place to stay over night. We did have a few hiccups such as the fridge leaking (as it wasn't turned on at the wall) and there not being enough beds (probably due to out lack of research). Other then that our stay was very pleasent.
S.Nice enough. Heaters have all the temperature dials removed and some of the power sockets don't work. Otherwise it's a clean, basic, 2 bedroom apartment
O.Good option after a non-stop long haul flight - although lots of building going on round the area so plenty of noise in the daytime.
The facilities were as advertised, the bed very comfortable and the staff helpful.
M.We found this to be very good value. Ours was a bedroom with separate lounge and kitchenette, everything was spotless. We enjoyed a good nights sleep and will probably stay here again when next in Auckland city.
A.Stayed here at the start and end of my NewZealand trip, check in was easy the rooms were fine for what we needed. Only issue is that it doesn’t have its own parking, there is parking across the road that’s $25 a night (which isn’t that bad really for a city centre parking lot).
S.Noisy area and no air con so leaving the windows open lets all the outside noise in as well as the smoke from ppl smoking on balconies below. Rooms are very cramped, including bedroom and shower. We struggled to fit a cot in the rooms and had to set it up ourselves (most accomodation has it already set up when it was requested as part of the booking). 2 elevators is also not really enough to serve the number of apartments.
R.It's just ok. Small rooms, not that well equipped. Clean and well serviced though. More enthusiastic staff at front desk would help. Free wi-fi, parking an extra charge. Would not stay again. Just a bit too basic.
A.I was visiting Auckland for a week and found Waldorf Tera Apartments to be a good budget place, especially since it is located in the heart of the city. The apartments are small but clean, I was on the top most floor so the view was also nice. There isn't free WiFi but the plan on offer seems to be of decent price. Considering they are budget apartments I found them adequate for my stay and didn't have any particular issues. I would recommend them to someone who wants to stay in the city on a budget.
S.A decent hotel but could get much better. Stayed there for 3 nights and the experience was just OK. Nothing worth mentioning excecpt the limitations

C.Fairly basic hotel. You get what you pay for. The room was relatively tidy, though there was no view being on the ground floor. TV was damaged and there was a patch of pixels not working
D.Perfectly adequate accommodation, however if you have a room down stairs, it seems like a dungeon and you only get a view of the parking building next door.
It has a number of semi permanent tenants so the place does have a college dorm feel to it
S.No street noise on G floor, but if someone above flushes the toilet, that is loud. Fine clean room, no AC, but has a fan and an electric heater.
Not a hotel, so rubbish not taken out of the room every day.
Has a stovetop, microwave, bar fridge, dishes and cutlery.
The gym has 2 treadmills, one not working, 1 stationary bike, 1 bench press bench, 1 multi-machine. Rickety and creaky equipment. Some small freeweights, largest are 2 plates of 20kg.
N.No frills studio room, has own laundry service (need to pay) and no free parking. The location is on a slope therefore a little bit of climb is required if you parked at the Wilson parking down slope. However, it is relatively close to the city centre and Mt Eden and Auckland Museum is just a short drive away. Good reception service but otherwise, do not expect much from this place except to crash and sleep.
S.Great double room that was clean
Such an easy place to find. My advice would be to arrange parking with the Waldorfe as we attempted a Wilson's car park opposite and got a very hefty bill for a one night stay!. Bus stop just outside front door easy waking distance to city hub
L.The room is great and comes with kitchen, living room and seperate bedroom with its own little bathroom. However the bed was really uncomfortable and they didn't answer my emails about a solutionand there is loud construction outside for a few nights
Y.Location is perfect, walking distance to universities, food, convenience stores. A short walk to Aotea Centre and Queen St. Rooms have fan but no air conditioner. Which is fine during cooler months. Housekeeping and front office staffs were friendly
T.Good location, only minutes from Queens Street and the harbour /marina. Very clean, we had a ground floor room and had a constant drumming from a fan/motor, bit annoying.
I.Great place to stay, had kitchen & bathroom, laundry in basement, would recommend this place to anyone.
m.Nice place to stay, close to the centre of Auckland. Only problem we found was if we wanted to use a cot we had to pay to rent it daily. No other problems.
E.Located relatively close to attractions and has everything you expect from a serviced apartment. My only complain is the apartment doesn't have built-in AC so they give you portable AC and heaters
M.I have wrote a note that i will come at 8 am and i need the room to be ready as am coming from overseas "more than 18 hours flying" but the room was not ready and they took extra 50 Dollar to prepare the room at 10 am, this two hours i spent in the street wandering around. the rest of my stay was fine.
D.Was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and friendly and well presented, nice comfy beds, shower was great...only down side is parking, but thats due to being in the city I guess...

M.Apartment was in good shape but no air conditioning or heating. Utenils like the nonstick pan were so worn out that the teflon was gone and metal was visible. Location was big plus.
A.Hmm for $180 for a two bedroom apartment one cannot really complain. The location was great; five minutes walk to queen Street, with a handy dairy next door. However, in saying that there would be a few simple things to make it a lot nicer.
1. Proper curtains. Something that at least blocks a bit of light would be nice.
2. The room to be reflected in the floor plan on their site.
3. The TV been made sometime this century.
4. A bed that doesn't make everyone in it roll to the middle.
5. "Broadband speed wifi" that isn't going dial up speed (managed to get up to 100kb, averaging around 40kb).
Will I return? Really not sure. I'd definitely shop around heavily first.
J.Very good value for money. Rooms well equipped. Staff very friendly. Wifi was slightly too restricted and often difficult to manage.
G.The service was great. We had a broken lamp in our room and the same day someone came by to fix it. Only downside was that the shower heads were to low for me
