R.One of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed. Staff are lovely and the rooms, while small are immaculately designed. Had the best nights sleep here.

C.Spent the night here - nice check in staff, easy to find. Using the valet parking was just as $ as the actual Britomart parking so look into it. Rooms are great - we had a corner room - nice views. Thanks
B.The good: A beautifully appointed property in a excellent central location. Rooms are small but luxurious beds. Architect and interior designer gets a big tick.
The bad: Breakfast menu in restaurant was surprisingly terrible nearly inedible, the staff at the check-in are indifferent, rooms not turned down in evening and the movie facilities in rooms not up to par.
Suggest: provide Netflix, provide turn down, improve mini bar, make an amazing breakfast (its may be the last thing your customer experiences), let your staff have personality and teach them to be interested in their guests....
S.Having had a wonderful night at the hotels venue was shortly lead to a dismal performance from the hotel concierge. Whereas the waiting staff at our venue and the event managers were top class at their profession. There seemed to be a disconnection between events and concierge as our arrival was met with a stressful douse of questions. Some of our arriving guests felt un-welcomed and was lead towards the venue in a somewhat quote: “snooty” way. Overall the room itself was a charm and the venue is one of the newest hidden jewels of Auckland.
D.Great location, beautifully appointed hotel, and superb service. Room was surprisingly quiet, and had a lovely view. Highly recommended a package deal, excellent value for money in central Auckland. We will be back.

We were already familiar with the comfortable and well appointed rooms, which are complemented by the attentiveness and professionalism shown by all the staff. A warm, hospitable welcome - we felt well looked after throughout our stay and this care undoubtedly elevated our experience
