J.Room and beds are good, and the price was pretty reasonable.
But there was a slight sewage smell for a minute or so after flushing the toilet.
The place reported delays with their elevators. So one time we took the stairs. This led to an inclosed outdoor area with no obvious way out if it was during the night (door locked behind us). The gate towards the front had a sign indicating we'd be fined for using it (emergency exit), and we only got back into the building because the sliding door to the gym was open. I can easily imagine things becoming awkward at night if someone didn't have a phone with them.
d.The room was pretty good bed comfy bathroom shower rusting lobby's never very clean it seems much more run down than it used to be tea and coffee station had one coffee and 2 teas for 2 people staff are nice

D.Service was great they were accomodating. Room view of the Harbour was nice. Room was pretty standard for a deluxe queen. Facilities weren't open and co depended on staff daily ro get the wifi password.
G.Simple easy check-in, nice little bar and restaurant nothing flash. Room was a good size with kitchen and laundry. City views, would depend on which side you got and what floor level. These pictures from 20th.
S.Apartments are nice, however the furniture configuration is somewhat hazardous. Showers are not plus size friendly. Shower door hits the sink. All th doors need to be serviced with CRC.
R.Reception never answers calls, close to city and queen street. Lifts not working sometimes. Views are nice from 18th floor.
W.Staff are friendly, helpful and doing their best but we were very disappointed with our booked accomodation. Supposed to be a spacious "classic" 1 bdrm apartment but this apartment turned out to be very small and cramped with an extremely small bathroom and balcony too narrow to sit on a chair. After 1 night we were upgraded to the "premium" 1 bdrm apartment which was much roomier with a larger balcony but still a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a bad odour which took a few days to rectify but overall disappointing all this had happened. Restaurant and bar reopened during our stay after a long closure and the food and service was excellent. Trying to book a cab from the hotel to go out of a night was a drama as cabs are scarce but staff did help out.
L.Staff were helpful and friendly, greeted us when we walked in through the front door. The room was clean tidy but not very spacious, the shower was damaged.
r.We had a penthouse apartment and were very ple with the deal ingot through booking. Com and the staff were really helpful...and also for a confussion on the bedding situation...they sorted the problem and I was very impressed with there facilities...the shower was to die for ...highly recommend
P.Good central Auckland hotel with parking. We have stayed twice as a family in one of the apartments - open plan sitting room, dining area kitchen (cupboards with plates glasses and cookware). Bathroom was clean and modern (There was no bath but there was a washing machine and separate dryer with sachets of washing liquid supplies). Two double bedrooms, AC and balcony with good views from the upper floors. We walked to the harbour and ate at the Sky Tower and on another occasion had takeaway food delivered. The hotel proved good value for money. The staff on reception we're excellent and a credit to the company.
G.Our apartment on the 18th floor was everything we could ask for. A room with a beautiful sunrise view containing a washing machine, cooking facilities, including a microwave and a hot plate, and a single drawer dishwasher.
Our room was serviced each day, with a set of clean face cloths, towels and a bath mat included.
The staff were very professional, friendly and happy to help.
The central location meant that we could walk everywhere, including the Civic theater and the down town ferry services to Waiheke and to Devonport.
Nice and handy to great cafes and restaurants like The Occidental and Melba in Vulcan lane.
Highly recommended....very competitive rates.
B.I love the room and location ! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in comfortable bed ever had the best sleep in it ahha best view, me and my girls loved it so much the only problem was the staff at reception he was so rude to us and said we had no “ common sense” which was rude because after explaining the situation he didn’t even understand us but thought we weren’t trying to pay the bond which wasn’t what was happening at all he eventually understood us and apologised for being rude we were fine with it but I felt like the staff need to approach situations more respectfully then being rude .
A.Only 9 channels on the TV and not one of them a movie channel. No cover on the duvet just put between 2 sheets. Found hairs in the sink when we first arrived. Breakfast options were good and service was good
R.Staff were very friendly bubbly and helpful. The room was average as was the cleanliness and oven had no oven racks dishwasher was out of order duvet cover had a hole in it and TV wasn't working for the first day.

P.Rooms were clean. Very friendly and helpful at reception. Jay at reception went with us to help because of our health issues. Returned again to make sure we are happy and asked if he could do anything more to help us.There was even a washing machinee which I used. I would use this hotel without a doubt in the future. Good value for money.

T.A well located and comfortable hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is comfortable. We had a great view acts the harbour and the staff are very friendly. We made use of the kitchenette, so didn't take meals at the hotel. They offer valley parking at an additional charge.
A.Very small room.. but you get what you pay for - I guess.
Quite sparse; 1 sauce pan, 2 x crockery. Nothing really to clean with - except the dishwasher.
TV options quite limited, and stopped altogether halfway through the night.
Very noisey/smokey neighbours outside and down the hall. Seems there are no noise limits or smoke policy.
WiFi was very slow at times; and intermittent.
Otherwise very comfy and clean. Close enough to most things downtown.
Will probably go again.
S.Stayed here for 6 days.
Pros: view is nice, room is kept clean, check in and out was fast, the location is awesome(bus station is at the front, sky tower is in walking distance), Staffs are profession, nice soothing music at the lobby, WI-FI seems like limited(Frankly, haven't used all of 5gb in 24hours) but when the time is up you can start new 24 hours of free, 5gb, Wi-Fi.
For me it was hard to find the cons. I would stay there again.
Beside food, cons are not a big deal.
Cons:
During the stay, only once had all three elevators out of an order so had to walk down stairs from 19th floor.
Hot foods are okay. However, other foods seem out dated e.g. Cereals were not crunchy, mixed-fruit(mix of orange, grape..etc) had a stench. BUT, again, you can order newly cooked hot foods.
A bit of oil-like-stain on the curtain surface.
Part of shower floor were sunken down(this one was actually scary, felt if standing up on that spot might make a hole and fall into it).

P.Professional service staff fantastic, floors could do with a vacuum in the halls, room was smart but a little tired. Bed was great. Personally would like to see the plastic shampoos and lotions go please. Great central location.

P.Our stay with the Quadrant was unexpected as our other accommodation did not work out. I'm glad we chose it as it's a lovely place with very friendly people. Food was yummy and the rooms we had were tidy and modern. Very convenient as right in the cbd. Would definitely come back again.

s.I loved this place, Garry @ the front desk looked after me so well, he even upgraded my room to the 2 bedroom premium for the same price of a normal room, apart from the bar staff management needs improving on, he just threw my hot bowl of chips on the table and just walked away. The lady on the bar staff her name was Maggie she was super amazing too! Would recommend thus place and I will be back!
R.Lovely stay; the room was in very nice condition and the view was lovely. Especially nice was the fact that the fellow at the front kindly upgraded me to a top suite room with a lovely view. No complaints from me.
C.Room was clean, but nothing flash feeling like a dorm apartment or bedsit. Bathroom was small but functional. Power points where in short supply unless moving furniture or trying to plug into the kitchen - not really the best in our electric hungry age. Staff were all very friendly and polite, which was great. Car valet service was good, although it wasn't the clearest when I was checking in how that was supposed to work as the front area was covered in taxi's. Restaurant for kitchen was very cramped and tiny, with guests needing to sit in the bar in order to get a table.

B.It's cheap but it's pretty grimy and tired.. staff were good but the actual rooms and services like the restaurant in a corridor and the lifts constantly breaking down are pretty poor
R.I really liked the room and service. I got a big room with all amenities. Beautiful views of the city and Harbour.
Y.I've been living here for about 8 months. The location is great and very central. The suite I rent comfortably houses two people despite the one bedroom. Residents don't get much service directly, but full time discounts at the downstairs restaurant and full access to the gym and sauna are great advantages.
S.The in house phone didn't work, so we couldn't call for additional blankets (only a single doona on each bed). The open balcony was narrow but nice to have. Good that the doors closed on both bedrooms, but when the bedroom connected to the lounge was closed, there was very little space to get past the couch and luggage rack , even when we moved the couch. Saturday night was very noisy, but I guess that's to be expected anywhere. In room split system didn't have a manual (and no info in hotel instruction book) so it took a lot of trial and error to get it to heat (necessary because no blankets ). Valet parking a bit weird, we were required to park on the footpath because 3 other cars (capacity) were also waiting for valet parking (also, $35 fee to park). In room washer would have been handy at other times on our trip, so it's certainly good to have there, and the full kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop).
J.Nice and calm hotell close to the city center! Got washing and dishingmachines in the apartments with free washer and dishing powder. Does not charge for coffee, tea and chocolate. The room was cleaned and service every day, even on weekends. And the jacuzzi was also nice and free to use! Staff was nice and helpful we even got our last breakfast in a doggy bag, when we needed to leave early for our flight.

C.Had a great stay here but my partner didn't she found it difficult to sleep, always seamed to be waiting for the lifts and the fan in the bathroom didn't work, this ment no outside ventallation in the bathroom not even a window. Sorry for the rating but I think it's more than fair.
J.Very good service and facilities. Only issue was the parking due to being in the CBD. Would also like a slight drop in the overnight parking from maybe $35 to at max $30. Despite the facilities and the rooms are very spacious and of good quality.

good points are it is a modern hotel with great ambiance and reasonably clean , 2 bedroom apartment was a reasonable size nice furniture etc
bad points are the elevator broke down while people were in it, stuck for 30 mins :O , the pillows are bloody hard as rocks! my word never had such a terrible pillow most hotels i go to are so fluffy and comfy. the bed wasn't much better either. toilet door lock was broken which was an issue having 30 odd people in the room (hotel party) so lack of privacy in that department...
most stand out bad point was the foreign receptionist needed to relax and smile more. seemed a bit too much of a serious suzy and Nazi like and not friendly, of all staff the receptionist is the face of the hotel, usually the first face the guest sees so it is important they are approachable and friendly.

A.Place was all we needed it to be. Close to the city. Not to expensive. Only there for a night had drinks at the bar but no food at the restaurant looked fine walking passed but was empty. I never eat at an empty restaurant. Room was clean. bad shower for anyone over 6ft tall strange hotel layout really expensive parking.

T.Great location, great staff and nice decor but the whole room smells when other rooms use showers or flush toilets because there is a drain in the bathroom floor that maybe needs to be cleaned or something. I stayed in other places with the drain in the bathroom floor and they didn't stink.

A.Have stayed here a couple of times and both times have been good. The views were really nice and the rooms were neat and tidy. Wifi wasn't great. The service was pleasant. I would stay here again.
K.Walking distance to CBD and Spark Arena, friendly staff, rooms are a bit tired and could do with refurbishing and the valet parking is a little bit expensive especially if you're staying more than 1 night.
R.The Quadrant was great. Staff friendly. Entered the room and sat on the seatee for a short peiod of time and bitten by a dust mite. My partner retired to bed finding a bug crawling on the bed.
I rang reception from my phone to notify them of the incident after I had taken a snapshot of my bite and the crawly insect. The attendant came and checked carrying a bug spray. I requested to be move to another room, which he did and I must say it was comfortable with no bite or bugs during the night.

M.First night, so far so good, only if parking was cheaper for hotel customers, e.g. 20$ or even $25 instead of $35. But comfy beds, nice restaurant, good value.

t.Room and restaurant were ok. It was just a hassle checking in without having a credit card for the bond. You also had to use the valet for your car which was a rip off at $45 then when we went to get something out of the car it was parked not far from a skip bin.

A.We enjoyed staying at The Quadrant Apartment. Booked a 2 bedroom unit through Air BnB for 2 nights. 800m walk to Sky City. Nice modern groundfloor. Several minute walk to Spark Arena. Reception parking is very small and at first confusing which driveway to enter.
Main issue was parking. There was an underground carpark between Pullman and Quadrant but expensive. Street parking is free 6pm to 8am only so needed to keep moving car and park far.
Otherwise enjoyed the stay.
J.Bathroom was really small and food from the restaurant was not good at all. No extras in the room either no conditioner just shampoo?? Could never get through to room service or front desk when ringing internally. Staff seemed unorganised. Will not be booking here anytime soon

b.I stayed here for 2 hights before flying back to oz aka australia as i was doing the hobbiton and wattimo glow worm caves tour for the 2nd time ... The hotel is not right in the cbd/city limits but its not to far hotel itself was nice,i didnt try the restaurant as the reviews wernt that good so i cant say for sure as i ate out at the one of the resturants atbthe casino,bit bummed i disnt have time for the heated spa,all in all it was a great stay

1베드룸에서 숙박했는데 캐리어가 두개되는 여행객에게는 객실이 너무 좁았고 욕실문을 닫고 세면대에서 씻을때는 문과 부딪힐정도로 욕실폭이 좁아요.
