Very clean and comfy beds. Great location and friendly host. Great car parking and was pretty quite for being on a busy road. AND we had proper milk in our room!.

I stayed there and was bitten by bed bugs, don't stay in room 7, I told the owner but he wasn't very helpful and still charged me full price

Very accommodating and friendly owner who maintains extremely clean and well presented rooms. Good size especially for the price, and plenty of milk which was great to see. Convenient location when crossing on the ferry so this will be our new stop over point. Thank you very much.

Room was reasonably clean and warm. The young woman in the office was friendly and helpful..

Outside of the motels was a shambles, not very tidy, gardens overgrown and rubbish around the driveway area. Not what you'd expect of a motel really. The people in the next door unit were loud and inconsiderate of other guests in the later evening..

We had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were clean, with sufficient extra blankets & pillows. Kitchen seemed well equipped. Showers could do with some maintenance, one only trickled on cold & another the dial & indicator didn't line up.

Loved staying here - small but clean and well appointed. Nice and warm! Owner is just lovely. WIFI is on a voucher system which runs out quickly but owner kept me in good supply.

Good value for money! We rested here on a wet and cold day... nice warm, clean bathroom and kitchenette. The best was sky tv with its 5 channels. The outside area could be improved, lucky we didn't needed it.

Very nice place with a welcoming owner! Clean and nice rooms with all youneed for cooking. Barbecue avaliable. We even got our clothes washed and hanged outside to dry by the cleaning staff! Lovely place I strongly recommend! Carin, visiting from Sweden

Small motel about 2kms from city. Old and basic accommodation but very clean. Bed was comfortable too. On main road so a bit noisy.

I stayed at the Alpine motel for three nights. The last day my room was not serviced. I left the motel with my dishes all cleaned, my rubbished all in bags nicely tidy with my linen. My bed was not made. I received a email from Peter the owner stating I should not come back to the motel due to the way I left it. Now I am asking why do we pay motel owners should we make the bed and wash the linen? Isn't that the reason why they have cleaners. What do we pay for? The place is run down, carpets dirty not a nice place to stay would NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS MOTEL rather stay away.

Stayed 3 nights, motel has everything you need for a family of 4. Lots of space. The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Perfect for a place to sleep at night while here on family affairs.

Nice and clean ..and a little overpriced ..but sadly lacking maintence..toilet insecure..sink taps take ages to turn on..electrical point unservicable..had very little sleep due to continuous truck movements ..not impressed..

L’accueil. La chambre est assez grande, il y un coin repas. L’ensemble est spacieux. La salle d'eau est correcte. Il y a une place de parking par chambre..

Franchement, rien. Il faut juste reprendre sa voiture pour aller dans le centre ville, 2,5 km C'est tranquille..

L'accueil chaleureux du gérant qui donne des bons conseils et qui est disponible. Bien situé, à côté d'un bar restaurant, le Speight's Ale House et d'un super marché. Chambre très correcte et bon rapport qualité prix. Parking attribué par chambre..
