G.We stayed at 103 Prince of Bealey for 6 nights during this past week. This is our 5th stay in this motel, and the hosts are still incredible. Very welcoming and obliging. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which has an incredibly comfortable bed, and very generous bathroom with excellent shower facilities. The kitchenette is well appointed, with a full size refrigerator. Double glazing means very little road noise. The apartment is extremely clean and is air conditioned. The situation means the motel is incredibly easy to access, and CBD facilities are an easy commute. Close to shopping. Motel is in walking distance to Southern Cross Hospital, and an easy drive to St Georges Hospital. We will stay here again.
L.Great hotel to stay. I stayed for a week in CC. Very clean, comfy bed and good shower. Room service was great. Owner is very friendly and nice. Walking 15 to 20 mins to central cbd. Only thing is the wifi was sometimes weak. Will come back again.

Only issue was that the bedroom had some lights from the stairs outside which made it very bright at night.

J.We had an occasion to visit Christchurch again this week, and elected to stay once more at 103 Prince of Bealey. Our welcome was again warm, extremely personal and friendly. Our room was excellent; extremely clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. We like the fact this motel complex is centrally located; close to CDB, shopping and restaurants. Best of all, it is very quiet. The room was warm and cosy. Off street parking is great. We will be back again. Highly recommend.

r.Very clean, modern motel, with unusually high end finishes. Conveniently located in a main thoroughfare but noise happily not an issue. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. Reception could not have been more obliging. Only negative was that the fire exit door between our room and the adjoining room did bleed a lot of sound. All told, though, a pleasant experience.

P.Gr8 location can walk to town. But very noisey unit close to road could hear traffic all night and wallspaper thin so could hear neighbouring units. Room wasn’t made up after our first night and no fresh towels etc so had to complain, duly brought fresh towels etc but neglected to take the dirty linen away so was left with pile of wet towels on the bathroom floor
B.James welcomed us upon our arrival, assisted us to our room and showed us where all the amenities were. The room was exceptionally clean. The rainfall shower in our room was a fantastic surprise as was the guest laundry which we had access to until 9:00 pm every night; after which it is locked so as not to disturb other guests. James and the rest of the staff are great people. The hotel is a short walk away from a beautiful park and also within a ten minute drive to Christchurch City Centre. If your choose Bealey Plaza Hotel you'll enjoy your stay.

S.Excellent stay. The rooms are very clean, spacious, modern and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small kitchenette is equipped with plates, utensils, microwave, coffee and tea (the manager even provided us with some fresh milk upon check in). Laundry service available, washer and dryer are available on the first floor ($4 per machine, coin operated). Rooms are cleaned and made up daily. Great location close to Victoria st and a short walk to downtown. Highly recommended.
C.Clean and convenient. Also, fantastic wifi speeds. The space we had was ready with soft clean sheets, a nice little kitchen, and a warm shower. All really nice to have after a long trip in a campervan around the South island. Great value and good service.

We arrived a bit early, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our baggage was safe while they prepared our room.
We had originally chose this hotel for budget purposes upon our arrival, but we had our expectations surpassed by all the accommodations and service.
Walk down to the Sun Dog Diner for breakfast, nearby. Absolutely fantastic, and close.
There are other hotels nearby that charge double, and don’t come close to this hotel.
Will stay again, but I think the couple that own this are on their way to a very successful and busy hotel, if they continue to keep their customer in mind, and very pleased.
100%, great value. I really wished upon my final night, I wouldn’t have wasted my money across the street at Eliza’s.
R.Fantastic stay, the room is great and very clean and the bathroom fantastic with great shower pressure. Close to CBd and restaurants. Very attentive and helpful owner/manager. Had all the necessities including plates, knives and microwave to help with quick Meals. Highly recommended.

A.Clean and modern accommodation. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment. The room is a bit on the small side but otherwise a good motel to stay at. An easy walk into town or the botanic gardens, with some decent restaurants nearby! I'd suggest a walk to Sun Dog Diner for dinner, or Vic's café for brunch.
