A.Excellent location and surprisingly quiet. I had the cheapest cabin which was very clean and the beds were wonderful. Best beds I've had in a budget cabin. Only lost a star because the wifi couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding.
A.Great location after arriving on a late night international flight. Simple late check-in procedure, the cabin was clean,tidy and easy to find, and I was really impressed at how quiet it was!! I only used the shared bathroom facilities (not the kitchen) - they were clean, and the shower had good pressure. For a cheap nights accommodation, I'd thoroughly recommend.
s.Great stay for our family of five in the motel unit. Very accommodating when our flight was late in and we had to leave again early morning. Clean tidy and warm, with plenty of extra blankets for mid winter stay.
L.Great place to stay. Affordable, comfortable, clean and tidy. Highly reccomend. An awesome solution for car storage when flying with great accommodation. The thoughtful little things done in our rooms made it that much nicer. Will definitely be back.
Z.Stayed here for one night in a cabin. Very affordable, good/clean facilities and due to leaving early the next morning were able to leave our keys in an after hours box which was handy.

We were moved into another motel unit, as the door wouldn’t unlock properly and was faulty.
Nice, tidy clean units.
The owners were very friendly and when we left and rung as we thought we had left a mobile behind?, they went out of their way to see if it was there.(turned out it wasn’t, it was in the rental car)
The morning was brilliant blue sky.
We will definitely be back another time ,and maybe stay more than one night.

A.Stayed here on our last night in Christchurch after fourteen days on the road. Great, clean, free showers. WiFi isn’t free but can be purchased. A nice kitchen and lounge sitting area. $29 NZD for two people in a campervan unpowered site. Close to the airport.
C.LOVE THIS PLACE. Will definitely be back. Lovely stand alone unit with everything you need when staying a few days. Nice and quiet. Staff and management are great. Only improvement I could think of would be a bit more in the playground for kids. Well worth the stay.
d.The Motel room was very clean & the room presentation of a high standard. The daily servicing of the unit was spot on & we had all that we needed. We stayed 4 nights & found our motel unit very comfortable.
E.A very dog friendly campground, they even have a lovely big paddock to do post-travel zoomies. Also the Groynes Dog Park is a short drive away. The facilities are a little older but very clean
and our cabin room was warm.

A.How do i even begin to explain why this place is the best place to stay at. It is so welcoming and the woman at reception is the best most loveliest person. Bloody amazing customer service, The quality of the cabin was excellent and the camping sites are so cute and cosy. 100% the best place to stay ❤️
D.Perfect if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport. We stayed one night in a powered site then the next in a cabin after cleaning and returning our van. The owners and staff were probably the friendliest and nicest we've come across, even giving us a bottle of milk when we ran out!
E.Great place to stay. We stayed in one of the cabins/chalets with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen. Everything was nice and clean. Linen and towels were provided. Staff was friendly and helpful.
E.We booked a car cabin and it would actually fit 3-4 people, we were only two. Lots of space there. Showers and toilets were OK. Very friendly staff.
I was bit disappointed that there were no pots or pans in the kitchen. You have to have your own 'cooking gear'.

The good: Good size space, clean and updated; mattress on queen bed was decent; the kids enjoyed the very basic playground; friendly staff. The bad: Not very close to anything we wanted to see. 15-20 min away from central city. Note: Recent changes to the roads mean navigation systems (ie Google Maps and the rental nav unit) did not find this place. We found it after some trial and error.
G.Great price, friendly staff and were able to arrange a shuttle to the airport for us. We also used their park up service and Bronnie picked us up from the airport on our arrival back. Will definitely recommend 219 On Johns ☺
c.Good clean facilities and lovely helpful staff. Had to wait a while to use the laundry due to staff cleaning on site cabin's stuff, but that's not really anything to complain about!
E.Comfortable and peaceful accommodation in lovely grounds. Very handy to the airport with the added bonus of a cheap airport shuttle service. The staff were extremely helpful and the complex was very clean. Very highly recommended.

l.excellent! They have all the cnrs covered if one is travelling; great beds, great showers, appliances to cook with, and the friendly service and offer of help and assistance with anything. We will always stay here and have never been dissappointed with accommodation, in fact, more wowed by each unit we have occupied.

R.Very professional, very clean, one of the fattest power sites all month. Very close to Affordable Motorhome for drop off and shuttle to Christchurch Airport. Was too cold for external shower (did one in motorhome) but they looked fantastic.

A.Despite it is situated to SH1 it was ok. Only 3 stars as we were situated on closest to the toilet and in the 5 am morning there were couple of taxi picking up people for airport from that spot, being really loud. They should have definitely have their pick up spot near by reception not already in camp ground. Except that it all ok, clean toilets and showers.
T.A nice friendly atmosphere with lots of good facilities. The kitchen and TV rooms are good and the laundry is cheap. The only downside is there is no free WiFi or kitchen utensils. Also it's about a 20min drive from the city centre.
R.Great place to stay, nice rooms and nice owners as well! One thing that the owners let you do is let you leave your car at the motel when you're planning to go on a flight. And they will take you to the airport for only $10!
S.The unit was refurbished and in an excellent condition. We had the best bed and pillows on our travels. The facilities and the shower were excellent. Highly recommend.
S.Arrived late to the lights and heater on, so lovely particularly when travelling with children, Dealt with both Sharon and Bonnie and both were warm and helpful. Bonnie makes you feel like an old friend and was fantastic in helping us find things to do while waiting to go to the airport.

M.Although the proprietor was charming and the chalet was clean and well apportioned, the grounds were tired and heating insufficient for this time of year. Although in a good location, we thought the property was over rated as a 4 star but could possibly struggle to a 3.

A.We always stay here when flying overseas from Christchurch and leave our vehicle. We always get a great sleep as the rooms, beds and pillows are excellent. Steve and Bronnie are awesome to deal with and nothing is a problem.

d.Stayed 1N in a studio motel room, clean & comfy beds. No shampoo & hair dryer in the room but didn't matter much to us. Good value.

I.We live here at the weekends in a caravan owing to work commitments and have done so for 4 years. Awesome friendly place, lovely hot clean showers, close to most supermarkets etc. It's our home away from home.
E.The couple owners are very friendly. The cabin is clean and tidy with all required kitchenware for cooking. The price is very good. Highly recommend if you travel as a family.
H.Got a nice stay here, came late and fortunately the office was still open and the receptionist was happy to see us arrived and even gave me second milk for my little boy :) Definitely will stay here again next time. Just be aware that the location might be blocked from the main street due to some road service (Sept 2017), I.e. You have to turn around if you come from the airport.
