C.Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault in anyway it was fabulous. Will definitely stay there again.
A.Stayed here a few times when we needed a place to sleep. Clean and tidy, have car parks, comfy beds, nice showers. They nail the basics and that's all we want.
We've stayed at quite a few Airbnb's, and you end up paying more than twice as much for a poorly looked after house that doesn't live up to the flash pictures. So we stick with places like the 311 and have no regrets.
V.Clean and tidy room. Car parking, Air conditioning, Heat pump facilities. Studio rooms is not comfortable with kid. If you do booking through online or email please make sure the room and price before your arrival.
Conclusion: A good motel to stay in Christchurch.
T.Everything else about the room was awesome! Comfy bed!.
J.room clean and we asked to upgrade when our daughter arrived at short notice and they were great in accommodation us.

d.Was fairly happy with everything, but..had a door in our room to connect to the next room and we could hear some noise through it.
Also the air con wasn't very powerful even at 5 speed.
But apart from this was happy and would stay again as the price was quite cheap.
D.On plus side the bed was big and comfy
Place needs a good clean mould in shower and build up of grime
Outside areas a lot of smoke buts and dirt also wot looked like vomit down the wall

A.Nice and clean and large rooms. Only issue was the lack of sound proofing. It was very easy to hear what the next room was watching.
