M.This is a good quality motel at very reasonable prices. The hosts are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can be. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We have stayed in many motels across NZ and there are only a few that we return to - and this is one we stay at whenever we are in Christchurch. We've stayed 3 -4 times so far. Thanks very much.
E.Great, friendly service. The management have gone out of their way to make my stay in the wheelchair a really enjoyable week. Managrment even removed two internal doors to bathroom and lounge to allow for acceiblity for a large wheelchair. Tops marks to the management and service staff.
H.Great weekend getaway. It has a real "home" setting to it. Sky TV was awesome. Enjoyed a glass of bubbly in the Spa bath!

S.Had a fabulous stay at Amross Court over the weekend. The one bedroom unit was well appointed and exceptionally clean. Had everything I needed for a fantastic stay and Brendan and Tina were fabulous hosts with nothing being a problem. Loved the personalised touches like meeting me at my car and showing me where to park to be closest to my unit. Short walk or taxi to central city. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Liked. We were so impressed with this property. It was lovely and very well maintained. The rooms were very large and have everything you’d need for your time away as well as have great facilities on the doorstep. Fabulous accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Our room was spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. We like the separate bedroom unit from the living and kitchenette area. The host couple were super friendly and very welcoming. Got far more for our money than we could ever have expected.
I would love to go there with my friends again. If you are not driving, you can easily walk to the shops, eateries, parks and city area.

V.Friendly and Welcoming staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Good heating. Not noisy. Only basic facilities in the kitchen. Value for money. I have stayed many motels in Christchurch, but I found this is the best place for stay. Highly recommended.
C.Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Great location, close to Botanical Garden, Central City and attractions. House keeping is on point, the updated fixtures and fittings are lovely with comfortable furniture and beds. The beds were made to an exceptional high standard and the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchenette excellent. Quiet and comfortable as it has separate bedroom from the living/dining area. Top notch for kitchenette with hot plates, microwave, toaster and well stocked facilities. Host Brendon and Tina were fantastic, very helpful and polite. Very professional.
W.We stayed in many motels in NZ and this time we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and condition of this property. All the facilities we needed, including guest laundry facilities are there. The wifi signal was strong. Lovely spacious motel units that were exceptionally clean & comfortable. Lots of space and everything you needed to self cater if wished. Great location 20minutes easy walk to downtown shops and eateries. Our flight landed late at 8pm and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming! Highly recommended.
R.Had an issue with the place I booked at, so came here last minute and they happily found me a room right away. They were both absolutely lovely!! The room was small - I only needed a single room so expected - but it’s warm and comfortable and has everything I need. Would happily come back here and recommend it to others.

S.I stayed at Amross a second time due to my wonderful experience there previously. The manager Lee is attentive, helpful and thorough and made the check in/out process pleasant. The rooms were very clean and easily accommodated my group of five. I will absolutely book at Amross again if I return to Christchurch and would recommend them wholeheartedly to you if you are looking for accommodation.

T.I'm super thankful for the owners who did everything to keep me comfortable pre my surgery admission. The beds are comfortable, and while it's on a main road, the units are quiet and I got a really good sleep. I highly recommend staying here.
T.Jin was extremely warm and friendly when we arrived making us feel very welcome. Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and booked another for our final night in Christchurch before flying home.
B.Very customer focused owners. Our studio with king bed was a good size and very clean. Full kitchenette was well equipped with new to relatively new small appliances. Great location. We easily walked downtown and to the botanical gardens. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodation and the service.
J.A good motel, large rooms, like a small apartment with a funny layout, old but very tidy, has a couch and table so you dont have to sit on the bed. small kitchenette, was very quite, we were worried about that as Christchurch has a reputation for boy racers. The hostess was amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
D.Quiet and comfy. A lot of the interior needs updating. The shower didn't get very warm. And the dryer didn't get anywhere close to drying our clothes after paying $7.00 for 1 hour and 10 minutes of dryer time on high heat setting. It was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it.
S.My colleagues and I stayed at Amross Court after a business trip unexpectedly required us to stay longer in Christchurch with little notice. After staying in AirBnB's previous nights, we booked multiple apartments at noon, for that night's stay. Lee was wonderful to deal with it and when we arrived after a long day of work, she introduced us all to our rooms and gave us a run down on all the amenities and gave some tips on where to go for dinner. Amross was impeccably clean and was a much more pleasant stay than the AirBnB's we had been at in Christchurch. Thank you so much for accommodating us at such short notice Lee and taking care of us! Our team considers Amross our favourite place to stay from our trip to the South Island and we will be staying with Lee if work sends us back to Christchurch.
Y.Lovely clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Although on a busy road the noise was minimal. Only downside was the limited number of Sky channels.

A.The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. All amenities were provided and daily room service was top spec. The owner/manager was very kind and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Great location, with easy access to restaurants, shops, malls, parks and main roads, along with on-site free parking.
A.So accommodating! We arrived so late in the evening and the owner was nice enough to stay open late so that she could be there to let us in. We had said it was fine to leave a key somewhere but she was just too nice and still spent the time to show us our room and how all the lights, tv, etc worked. Wifi worked great, very clean, comfortable and moderately priced. I would stay here again.
Y.We wanted to book a room for one night before picking up our camper van, so were looking for the best deal for one night.
The room was spacious and had heating (room heating and bed beating).
The windows were facing the street and we feared of the street noise, but Christchurch is a sleepy town at night, so no worries.
The hotel doesn't have an elevator, the second floor can be a nuisance with big suitcases.
The WiFi was free but limited to 1GB, unlike most hotels in New Zealand which offer much less.
J.We have been staying at Amross Court in Christchurch for several years now, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. The present management of Lee and Jin are very obliging and efficient, doing everything possible to make your stay a most pleasant one. Although on Bealey Avenue, the units are amazingly quiet and certainly convenient. Spacious and exceedingly clean, with quality furnishings and large, comfortable beds. Highly recommended to any travellers, whether from within NZ or overseas.

J.We LOVED it at Amross. Lee (the owner) is wonderful, the rooms are delightful, pretty and clean, you have use of the laundry, there is a great crepe place, Crepes d' Maison, right around the corner and a fantastic steak restaurant across the street.

A.This is a big apartment for at least 3 pax to stay in. The chinese lady who checked in for us is friendly and provide alot of guidance on the room system usage. The room is clean. There are nearby eateries within walking distance of appx 5mins. There are fast food around too. There are supermarkets "countdown and warehouse" within 10 mins drive

Lee who I assume is the ownet could not be more abligeing. From lending us folding chairs to take to the park to allowing us to use one of the rooms late in the afternoon to change for our flight back home. The location is very central and the rooms were spotless.
A.SPOTLESS rooms. Comfy beds. Faultless customer service. Everything you could need in the rooms and we walked back from the casino (location is very convenient) would happily stay again
