M.Basic facility. Need own soap powder. Has dryers and washers. Most are out of order. Probably to keep costs down for owner. Expensive... Ten dollars for a basic wash, and be dry with $1 card fee if you don't have card. Would expect a soap dispenser for that much
R.No smoke alarms, had to find the switch to turn the stove on which didn't work right the photos are misleading. Black mold in the bathroom
B.Nicely decorated room. Reasonable amount of space. Really appreciated being able to accommodate us with a dog. Thank you..
K.Beds were comfortable, but we weren't too keen on the blankets and electric blanket..
E.I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now, and have gotten to know Angela the lady that owns the hotel. Very friendly and very helpful if you have any problems. Love staying here as it is just a short walk or drive to Riccarton Mall and other shops.
G.The room had access to a grassed area, good for our dog.
N.A number of maintenance issues needed to be done. Beds weren’t great..
C.Affordable, close to Riccarton, quiet rooms , comfy bed, good shower..
C.Tv broken off mount and dangerously resting on sky sky, cigarette burns on duvet, stain on mattress and floor, walls need fixing and painting, no cooktop, curtains just hanging in there. Towel rail ripped off wall. One good thing the shower has amazing pressure and I see pets allowed. But hey it was a bed but we won't be back.
T.This place was good value for $. Rooms clean & tidy. Room had been upgraded. Keith was excellent & even picked & dropped us off @ Railway station.
D.This place doesn have a stove just a microwave. The TV in the room has been damaged and has shadow marks when you watch it.

a.Room was in poor condition, the back door didn't even fit had two gaps top and bottom. Would not recommend you, pay for what you get.
N.Flooding in the shower as there was a gap Nader the door way.
D.Nice clean hotel. Lovely 24 hr service. Very friendly. Broken tap but still goes. Good overall service.

J.Run down motel needs makeover inside & out. Roof leaked ,heater not working, needs gd clean, gap under door. The staff were friendly

P.Motel with kitchen facilities by the roadside with shopping mall at walking distance.20 minutes to city center 30 minutes to Christchurch Airport.

I.Located on a main road which is always nice. Not too many shops in walking distance. The internet seemed to be intermittent.
S.Location is great for business. Broken towel rail, missing soap. Getting old. Needs a upgrade.
N.A little tired but very clean, warm and comfortable. Great shower.

J.Die Reception war nicht besetzt, wir mussten anrufen, es gab nur 2 Stühle für 3 Personen. Die Ausstattung war nicht wie beschrieben.
