S.Nice comfortable stay. Clean and secure. Also plenty of free parking. Would recommend. Perhaps slightly over priced but it was good being close it shops etc.

L.Was good for a place to sleep ,staff are friendly helpful but a bit rundown flaky paint, had to smack top of the toilet to stop it flushing ,soap holder in the shower rusty,fridge does not fit in the cupboard but what do u expect for $100 a night for two people
N.Excellent service from hotel manager. Arrived after midnight and our key was left in safe at front reception for us to get late night access to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend to travellers. Walking distance to all Christchurch CBD attractions.
j.The best thing about this place is the location, within 5-10 mins walk to the city centre. Rooms are decently sized. Basic and a little dated but clean.
Didn't like the beds though as they were too soft.
R.This place is MUCH better than it looks. When we stayed overnight, it had a nice repaint and modern update, which made the property very relaxing and contemporary. With solid rooms and double glazing all round, it blocked out the noises from the Central City hustle and bustle. While there were no stoves available, microwaves are still there. Highly recommend this place, for a night or two, unless you're social...
L.Spacious rooms perfect for 6 of us! Great value for money, warm comfy and spacious and welcoming friendly and helpful staff. Superb location. Would stay again. Wifi signal a bit weak.

A.Rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. They even helped with our laundry after hours. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.
e.Ok for the price... bed not the best ... when I person moves so does the other....shower drain needed a bit of attention...tv ok... had sky...close to centre but not the greatest view from bakcony
D.Ok. Close to city centre, facilities are ok but kitchen does not have cooking facilities only a microwave. Apart from location I would try another place next time. And if your happy to be a little further out of the CBD you can find a much better motel for the same cost
D.City Central Motel Apartments were great. Very friendly staff/owners and a lovely room. Really comfortable and clean. Would stay again, if I'm ever back in Christchurch.
F.Big spacious clean. Very honet man running the place. Contacted me to say they found a diamond ring i lost. I had know idea where i lost it because fell off my finger. Thumbs up
P.It was clean and tidy interior and spacious plenty of space for luggage and great little kitchenette and no hassles with showwer facilities- walls rather thin ,neighbors were noisy til 11 and the fridge sounded like running water in down pipes we were in room 21 - eventually got up and turned it off we reccomend you replace fridge - or try sleeping in 21

P.Great place to stay in central Christchurch. Good amenities in rooms and BBQ in sundeck. Only short coming was the small showers.
M.Was a good stay quiet close to the city centre Downside was the walls are rather thin so my wife was woken by a crying child for over an hour at half 3 in the morning And the fridge had used drinks in it And a used towel was left on the door in the bathroom I would probably stay again though because of the location
