G.We booked a 3 day stay for hospital appointments & surgery only to find plumbers & builders renovating the room under our one. They also took up 4 car parks with their vehicles. Room was comfortable enough but a bit tired looking

A.Loved our little 2 bedroom suite. Clean room, bathroom and bedrooms stocked with fresh towels and fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. 100% recommend

A.I'm just staying here for work not pleasure. It is a lovely place to come back to at night. Very close to some lovely restaurants if you fancy a night out. 10 minutes walk from the hospital. My room has an amazing whirlpool bath and a queen bed. Great relaxation after a hard day at work.
a.Our 1+ bedroom/apartment style room was excellent. Spacious, 1 single and a double bed in the (master) bedroom, another single bed in the living room, with a sofa, dinning table and a large LED TV. The kitchen is good sized with water boiler, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has descent toilet, shower and wash basin. However the over the top shower is fixed and very rigid.

. It's close enough to walk there, close to the Meridian Mall and cafes. Very nice owners. My husband and I have stayed here many times over the years. Super friendly here

There is a guest laundry available which is always good on long trip.
Close to eateries and the Otago Museum.
S.I was in Dunedin to attend hospital the following day. My stay was very comfortable , unit very clean and tidy, the reception was friendly and helpful.
I wish l could go back with my partner next time.

M.A great motel in downtown Dunedin. The motel has on site parking, and spacious rooms. We stayed in unit 10, the 2 bedroom unit, and we're very impressed. Beds were comfortable and there was heat in every room and electric blankets on every bed. Room featured a nice selection of tea and coffee and milk provided upon check in.
N.Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, and fair prices. This was one of my best motel experiences. The manager went out of his way to help us find options for meals and locations in Dunedin. He also assisted with minor things we needed. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. Free WiFi and SkyTV was great and good bandwidth. The location made it a short walk to restaurants and university locations.

B.Old, but gold, have no complaint at all I had a 10 hour continuous sleep after a long drive from Christchurch because of the wonderful mattress and bellows. Very clean though.

A.The Motel is clean and quiet and with a great and friendly service from staff. it is located not to far away from the Octagon, and just around the corner from the Otago Museum. It is perfect for a weekend or a holiday visit to Dunedin.
