Always exceptional, lovely spacious warm apartment style motel rooms. Great location, pet friendly (corgi), we have stayed here often. Great staff too, and the personal touch following a recent family bereavement was so much appreciated (thanks Brendon).. This is always our first port of call when visiting Dunedin..

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. There was tons of space and they were clean and stylish. The location was great as we could walk to lots of different food places. Checkout and checkin were super easy.

Spent several nights here during the Christmas holiday trip to Dunedin. Although the check-in time starts at 2p.m., the owner was very kind to let us check-in earlier as the room was ready. The room was very well equipped with oven, microwave, cooking utilities, teas, coffees, TV, DVD player, fridge etc. Furthermore, the room was clean and the Wi-Fi is free on charge and fast. Our room was quiet and we had a good time here. There were parking spaces for guests and it available based on first come first serve principle. Our check-out was also very pleasant and the friendly owner stored our bags for several hours before our final departure. Everything was perfect and will definitely recommend this place for other travelers.

It's very nice and clean with daily service 👍 and they paid attention to a fine details like make up removal wipes, sewing kit. I would of gave 5 stars but the isolation in between the rooms kind of non so you can hear people next door talking, internet wasn't good at all, it supposed to be high speed but it hardly play any you tube video and also supposed to be a Netflix but the TV doesn't connect to the internet 😑.

Comfortable stay in good Dunedin location We booked a one bedroom apartment for our 2 night stay in Dunedin. The motel is a comfortable 15-20 minute walk to the town centre and the Octagon, but it is on the main road so it was quite noisy. Our bed was comfortable and we had a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchenette and a small bathroom. Our room rate included breakfast for the first night - milk, cereal, bread, yoghurt, butter and jam - and a daily newspaper. The premium WiFi was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Car parking is limited and if you are inexperienced at reversing into a parallel park on a steepish gradient it can be difficult. Also if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor unit when booking, or you may find stairs a challenge. Units are old and dated, but adequate.

(Translated) A few minutes from the city center, this motel is located. There were three of us and were satisfied with everything. The room was modern in every way and well furnished. There is everything you need for cooking. Oven, microwave, grill, stove, kettle, toaster etc. TV was available both in the living room, as well as in the bedroom. In the rooms there are regular radiators, which is not self-evident in New Zealand. The rooms were absolutely clean and were cleaned daily. On top you will be greeted very courteous and friendly and satisfied with all the necessary service. Honestly, I do not understand some of the gripe at all. Highly Recommended! Here we come again. (Original) Wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, liegt dieses Motel. Wir waren zu dritt da und waren mit allem zufrieden. Das Zimmer war in jegliche Hinsicht modern und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Grill, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. Fernseher gab es sowohl im Wohnzimmer, als auch im Schlafzimmer. In den Räumen gibt es reguläre Heizkörper, was in Neuseeland nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Obendrauf wird man sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich begrüßt und mit allen nötigen Service zufrieden gestellt. Ehrlich gesagt, verstehe ich einige der Meckereien überhaupt nicht. Absolut empfehlenswert! Hier kommen wir wieder.

Esta muy bien equipada la cocina. En nuestro caso que estuvimos en invierno la calefacción es de radiador fijo, el sitio más calentito que hemos encontrado hasta el momento. La cama era cómoda y tenía una cortina que cerraba por completo la luz. Tenía un cabecero de tela donde se quedaba algo de polvo acumulado.
