B.We stayed for one night, room was good.
However it is not pet friendly as the property does not have anywhere for your animals to walk or exercise. Had to find a park to walk them. The other problem we had was the the people in the upstairs unit was terrible. All night long you can here them talking walking around, worse night sleep we had.
J.While the room seemed a little dated it was still very comfortable with double glazing retrofitted and a heat pump this motel is great value for money.
B.It was lovely and clean and we were made to feel very welcome with our wee dog. I wasnt very well and we had to leave very early next morning and I left my personal grooming machine behind. We were phoned as soon as the cleaner had been in the room asking our address for postage. Highly recommend.😃

C.Stayed at Owens Motel this January. Close to Dunedin centre as we wanted to be close to Railway Station and there was lots of cafes and restaurants close by.Our room was clean and fresh smelling, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was dated but at the price of 131 through Expedia was very reasonable
T.We were well received and the owners ensured that we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is almost perfect. Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. Very comfortable amenities in the rooms. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay. Great value for money.

we spend 2 nights at this place. very well located. room pretty big and nice. fits better 3 people of 4.
only issue we have was not be able to borrow a blender, because the person who was asked said they didn't have.

And very understanding when my 4 year old nephew hurt his foot and got blood on their bed covers only bad thing to say was somebody raided our ash tray when we were asleep and took all the big smoke butts out of it but left the little ones 🤣
L.Lovely clean rooms, the new heat pumps are great and keep the units cosy . Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. We willl stay again
T.Good location on George Street which is the main road. Walking distance to great food and octagon. Its not always easy to find good motels that accept pets and often the worst rooms are kept for us dog lovers. The road is flat and lies in a straight line to the Octagon.
d.All all staff friendly and Raymond the owner was very nice to us my partner hurt her leg up the town when he found out came over later to see if we were all right and if we need Ice or any think
