L.Lovely room in a quiet suburb. Rooms have a nice outlook and firm bed. Ideal if you have a car but don't be put off if you enjoy walking as there's a nice bush track if you can handle 15 mins uphill on the way back.
B.We had a wonderful stay here. David was very helpful and friendly - even organising us a last minute airport shuttle to save us approx $70! The room was perfectly clean, beds and pillows comfortable and shower had good pressure. I wish we had longer than 1 night here.
A.We arrived late, David and Brenda had made the room warm for us when we arrived which is a 10/10 for us as we have a 3yr old. The room was clean and comfortable . We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!!
J.Nice stay, clean rooms, comfortable bed and plunger coffee. Rooms have been updated. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Asked for an extra hour checkout time but they weren’t able to accommodate that.
L.We were looking for a place to stay for a few nights in Dunedin which was both reasonably priced and had free and secure parking, and this definitely exceeded our expectations.
Very clean and smart rooms with the comfiest beds and bedding, great shower and useful kitchenette (equipped with kettle, microwave, toaster, mini fridge). Staff were lovely too.
20+ minute walk to centre which we did do on occasion, though mainly drove to be honest as plenty of parking around.
J.Comfortable enough bed. But the heater in our room wasn't working so was very cold and if it wasn't for tech savy husband, wouldn't of gotten TV working as the cable wasn't in the correct port.

P.Excellent motel and my new first choice of somewhere to stay in Dunedin. The room was clean, stylish and warm. It's a pleasant walk through a nature reserve to the city and the views from the neighbourhood are spectacular. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. I would absolutely stay here again.
L.It's a nice motel set in a residential area. Very private, quiet and clean. Lovely landscaping, very nice proprietor. The room has been updated, but bath and kitchenette have not. That's the only reason not to give 5 stars, but would definitely come again! There's several routes to get up here. Google takes a strange one. You can walk down to the city center if you don't mind walking back uphill. We are pretty fit so it wasn't hard to us.
k.What a wonderful stay. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and tidy . Decor was amazing and beds were so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend to all. Will definitely be staying here again . Thank you so much

D.David & Brenda are the perfect hosts. So accommodating, nothing is a problem. Pacific Park is the perfect location, quiet and only 10mins drive into the CBD - absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

j.I stayed here for 3 nights while here for work. I have found this to be the best motel I have stayed at out of anywhere in nz so far. I checked in late which was not a problem. the cleaners waited for me to leave for the day before coming in and making my bed (to my suprise ☺) nothing has been a problem and the room is so warm and homely. no noise awesome beds and honestly such a hassle free and comfortable stay. I don't believe some of the negative I have read here reflect my experience at this motel. thankyou so much for being awesome .. I will be back 💚
K.I have now been on the road for 5 years for work and now been staying here for just over 4 years.
The room are always very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is the best in south island.
And the hosts are so lovely and friendly.
J.Clean tidy rooms. Few things disappointed in: customer service was not very friendly, no lights in the main room, children running around outside till midnight, very noisy, fan in bathroom doesn't turn off, room wasn't really a double as 1 bed was placed infront of a door and you could hear the people from the next room and as the place is a we way outside of Dunedin none locals would benefit from a map, local amenities and services guide. All things people should be aware of as price wasn't that cheap.
B.Have stayed on the main street for years and you get tired of being woken by students g staggering home around midnight. Found this motel through a friend . Great being woken in the morning by the great bird song and the rooms are just lovely. Real comfortable beds and the people who run it are so good. Will continue to stay
m.The place would have got 5 stars had the bathroom door lock was not rusty. But in terms of human care it stands out . Be it our request for fan or tea bags and milk everything was available. Rooms are big clean . Lots of greenery. And away from the din of Stuart street.
A.I stayed here for a conference and it was great. I slept so well, the bed was very comfy and staffs are nice. Only thing I worry is that if you are sensitive for sleeping, this place can be not the best. For me pretty satisfied.
w.Pacific Park Motel in Dunedin is good to stay for 1 or 2 nights because it is near to the city, but in front of the motel there are reserved parking lots for free parking, it is safe to stay in this motel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have kitchen for own cooking.
A.The motel was nice and the staff was friendly. The motel was build on the edge of the town belt which meant that it is really quiet. However the motel is relatively far away from Dunedin city centre, making it difficult to access without a car.
A.Stayed here a few years ago yes it was out dated. Well all I can say is well done! The place looks amazing! Better yet very friendly proprietors. Well done will be my first stop when staying in Dunedin.
