S.A great time had by whanau over Waitangi weekend 2022. Nice clean rooms and great service from a quiet family friendly safe motel with great hosts. The scooters, bikes and pool kept the kids entertained and cool for the duration our our stay. This was the perfect location for our long weekend. Would recommend this motel to anyone and will be staying there again

D.It's a nice, quiet motel with cool amenities for families like bicycles and scooters, plus the pool of course. Staff are very friendly, and the shower/ bath tub is nice and big. The heater/ ac is a good touch too, and the Sky is full. The DVD collection isn't impressive, but if you can't find anything on Sky, it should have something for everyone.

B.Room was clean and well organized and laid out. Owners are welcoming and customer friendly. Wifi is super fast and unlimited. Sky/cable TV had all channels. Pool was great, as it was heated! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back with friends and family next time. Thank you to Jenny.
V.Beautiful place just out of Gisborne. Very clean. Only negative for me was the fact that you had to order in food or go out to eat. If you ordered in and used their dishes, cutlery etc; you had to go into the bathroom to clean your dishes. I didn't do this as it goes against my culture to mix food or food related items with the bathroom area.

E.The biggest parking space for each car I have ever seen. Quite and relaxing environment. Very easy access from the main road. We stayed in room 3, the photos are taken from the bedroom, wonderful.

N.My daughter and I loved our stay here. We were here for 4 days. This is a lovely motel and it's perfectly located. The staff here are really friendly and our unit was serviced daily and the cleanliness here is excellent. We were highly impressed. Free laundry and powder supplied for guests was awesome as most motels charge a fee for both. Heated pool and there are bikes that you can use free of charge. The beds are super comfortable and the motel is immaculately presented. Situated along side the main road we never heard any road noise inside the unit 👌We will definitely be back here again. ❤️❤️❤️

S.We had a superb six nights holiday at the Oasis Motel. It is just that - an oasis. Jenny and Bruce are superb hosts. They are consummate hospitality providers. Nothing was ever a bother and they do the extras that most overlook or don't think about. Under their administration the motel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The pool receives the same high standard of attention. This makes it a great asset when having children to stay. Look no further for your accommodation needs when in Gisborne. You will not be disappointed.
M.Im so relaxed in this clean, comfortable motel. The owners Jenny and Bruce are absolutely wonderful, ensuring that we have all our needs met. The whole team that maintain this place are friendly and they keep this place immaculate. I highly recommend that you try this motel, it ticks all the boxes.

Y.Stayed here recently. It was good. Situated just on the edge of town but even though it's on a main road, it's very quiet. The people skills need a little bit of work but nothing that'll keep me from going back

A.We stayed for 2 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were immaculate and well presented, comfortable and relaxing with all the expected features. The kids really enjoyed the the movies option and bikes/scooters on site. Most of all the owners Bruce and Jenny were very welcoming and friendly and were willing to go the extra mile. We very much enjoyed our short time here and would recommend Motel Oasis to others looking for a similar experience.

P.I stayed here for 2 nights. it 's a very nice and very clean hotel. Not far from the city and appropriate price. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You should have a vehicle to travel to city if you stay at this hotel. I would give a five star but I would not because the swimming pool is smaller than I expected when I saw on the photos.

w.Staff were friendly and welcoming . Units tastefully decorated , clean , beds very comfortable. Outdoor setting lovely . Close to lovely Wainui Beach walkway too. Could not fault anything. 10 out of 10 lovely spot to stay certainly would return.
T.During this Christmas our family stayed at the Motel Oasis in Gisborne for 6 nights. We can’t speak highly enough of the motel complex and facilities itself but also of the proprietors Jenny and Bruce. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
Our rooms were clean, modern and well-appointed with free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. The additional activities such as bikes and scooters for the children, as well as inflatable toys for the pool were all an added bonus to keep our 9 grandchildren entertained. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of Motel Oasis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Gisborne.

T.A very good place to stay with excellent facilities and service. Everything we could ask for at such a reasonable price with loads of free services that we didn't expect. They have a wide variety of entertainment for the kids as well as the adults and it was very enjoyable playing monopoly into the night. The free wifi and pool were excellent but the icing on the cake were the free bicycles and scooters. All of the unfit members of the party pedalled and puffed our way to the beach and were rewarded with the sun setting across the beautiful Gisborne waters. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in Gisborne for a few days.

J.Had heard a lot from friends about its recent renovation, and I admit I was a bit sceptical... did not need to: it has been turned into an amazing boutique high-class motel, without the attendant costs! Visited twice, once on business and then returned for a long weekend escape; both times the service was warm, friendly and professional. Well done!
J.Room we had was beautiful...spa n bathroom...ps3 and sky. Bed was so comfy could have slept for days. Room was very clean and modern warm with black out curtains. Reception was so nice and welcoming absolutely loved it and would definitely go back again. Close to Wainui beach also a great place.

U.🎤A beautiful spot in a beautiful location 7kms out of Gisborne. Beaches and hillsides surround with A smooth pavement leading you into town with bikes and scooters at your disposal for a fun way to travel around.
A nice little chilling area just outside which is smoker friendly and nicely nestled in the corner with an umbrella and bbq. Opposite
Is the Swimming pool and bbq areas all around plus a mobile bbq for private use. Free washing service (free powder too 🙌🏻), Sky TV, WiFi, fully stocked kitchenette, espresso machine, and fresh dairy delivered. A dvd library to entertain you further when you’re laying back in bed.
All in all a very nice place indeed!! And the first place in the WORLD to see the new 🌞 Rise!! Priceless!!!!! 🙌🏻Unless you live in a far off land.. 😉🎉

N.I stayed at Motel Oasis a few weeks ago during a trip around East Cape and found it to be a perfect location for a night on my journey. It was clean & tidy and the reception staff were great to deal with, nothing being a problem. In summary: I loved it and will stay there again next time I visit Gizzie!

R.Stayed 4 days. Exceptionly clean and modern. A fab pool, really comfy bed and pillows, hosts lovely and very accommodating. While in Gisbourne suggest u visit Eastwoodhill nz national Aboretum park. Only half an from Gisbourne. Great place and some grt walks. Every tree u can tk of is there.
