A.This was an amazing place to stay. The room was like we were the first persons to ever stay in the room. So clean and fresh. I can honestly stay, This has been the nicest place I have ever stayed in.

J.Lovely clean well appointed studio room. The wonderfully comfortable arm chairs were just the thing for a recent hospital patient and there is a little patio to sit on that gets afternoon sun. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My only concern was the shower floor that was extra slippery!
S.Fantastic hosts and fantastic rooms. The owners are lovely and accommodated our need for short notice room extensions with no fuss and heart felt understanding. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend BKs to anyone wanting a short or long term stay.

L.We booked a room at the BKs Hamilton Motel purely based on its location, walking distance from the Hospital. Ample parking, and very friendly team on Reception. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment located upstairs. Large King Bed in the lounge room, with 2 recliners and a large dining table. Small kitchenette with ample cutlery and cups etc. Bathroom was clean and tidy, however the tiles were LETHAL when wet. Small bedroom with two single beds and small TV. There was quite a bit of road noise, but not enough to be a huge drama. No Sky TV, just the basic free to view channels. Didnt really have a lot of toiletries in the bathroom, the ones provided were minuscule. The beds were a delight, with crisp clean linen.
At $280 for the night, we found it to be EXTREMELY overpriced for what we received. At least $100 overpriced. Shame, as the value for money is really the only major thing letting it down. Certainly wouldnt stay again at that price, but would if it was cheaper.
4 stars still, as the Staff were very friendly, Beds were amazing and great location.

C.My partner had an accident and ended up at Waikato Hospital. The staff at the motel were excellent. Very understanding and helped a stressful situation become less stressful. It is very close to the Hospital, which made the travel there and back seamless. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and even though they are next to the main road you wouldn’t have even been able to tell, as the noise doesn’t travel through. Would highly recommend this motel to anyone travelling to Hamilton.

r.First of all staff are really friendly and even waited up untill 3am, because they didn't know I had to delay my flight. Nice double bed with 2 recliner sofas facing the TV, air conditioning,wifi, spa bath and shower, self catering equipment in the room. All in all a good place to stay

Located on a busy road, rooms can be noisy.
A.Having originally booked into a neighboring motel only to arrive at check in and be told they had double booked us we ended up at BK's. Im SO GLAD we stayed here, from very first arrival Mel and Nigel were extremely welcoming, helpful and caring. The room was impeccably cleaned, had a good layout and was nice and quiet (which my husband needed after a day spent in hospital having treatment), not to mention an amazing spa bath and generously sized king bed! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone esp those needing close proximity to the hospital. This will definately be our stop for further stays! Thanks Mel and Nigel :-)
D.Looks are definitely deceiving! Inside these rooms are clean and seem to be freshly renovated. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Ample parking, good location. Cannot fault at all. Would highly recommend.
C.Nigel and Mel are wonderful hosts, I had to unexpectedly return to the motel twice and both times they found me a room and a great rate. They gave me advice and where to eat and go. Tolkien fans will be able to have a wonderful chat with Mel, history buffs could find themselves lost in a conversation with Nigel. The rooms are immaculate, beds are large and comfortable, I even fell asleep in a lazy boy chair one night. I will absolutely be staying there next time I visit Hamilton.
R.The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our airline (Qantas) lost our bags, but the owners were great about communicating with the airline AMD letting us know when our luggage was returned.
Rooms were clean and well stocked, and it's a 2 minute drive from the heart of Hamilton.

A.I had no intention of staying here but after a missed email meant I didn't have a room nearby I popped in to enquire. Im so pleased I did. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms of a high standard and better yet I got a room with a spa bath.
They offer reduced rates for those visiting the nearby hospital which meant the room was only $2 more expensive than my original booking nearby even though I upgraded.
The room was clean and new, with an enormous bed, two very comfy arm chairs, a small tidy kitchenette and a balcony.
After spending hours at the hospital B&Ks was a wonderful place to return to to unwind.
I have no desire to come back to Hamilton and sit at a bedside in Waikato hospital. But if I do I will be found in my spa bath, with a wine, at B&Ks after visiting hours finish.
