V.Very helpful and courteous staff, special mention to Amy Wang looks after their clients very well. Have nice swimming pool and Spa. Californian king comfortable beds is good for a relaxing sleep.
I have a booking with them for 6 weeks and I love the way they treated me, I have tried almost 4 different rooms and all are great. Their kitchenette has all necessary items, good size refrigerator replace milk every day. I’ll upload the photographs later.

Was lovely to have a swim and know that security is good. Would suggest a hand rail into the pool to help with getting in and out more easily.
a.Nice motel. Nice and quiet(no traffic noise) the night we were there. Disappointed though that the spa was not operating!(was looking forward to that treat) Becareful!!! In the showers the hot water is scolding HOT! Very fast. Do Not set the tap to hot and turn it on!!! Like at home. Room was clean, beds comfy. Lovely Staff.
C.One of the best places to stay in this area. I've have been a number of times and my mum has been staying here a few times a month for years for her work. They are very accommodating and quick to bring you something like extra towels. Their pool is under cover and is usually tepid. The rooms are clean and relatively new. They are also in the process of upgrading the bathrooms in all of their rooms. The owner is one of the loveliest people to deal with, she makes you feel welcome and as if nothing is a problem. My mum has back and knee problems sometimes so the owner would switch out dining room chairs with her own ones. You don't get this kind of service from many places.
L.This motel was very comfortable and it served by purposes (1night stay) very well. Clean with air con. I was upstairs but there was no lift so make sure if you have an impairment that will not allow you to climb up stairs ask for a ground floor room. I would stay again
T.PROS: Great shower. King sized bed was very comfortable. CONS: Premises is a bit dated. Paint falling and flaking off the hallway walls, as well as the ceiling in the unit. Recommend bring your own pillows. The ones supplied had seen better days and were too soft. Parking is a bit of a worry. No lines, so people tend to park any way they like.
A.Location on Ulster St, next to a host of other establishments. Very tidy rooms, overall a quiet and comfortable stay. Hostess was very nice, room is usually heated up before you enter.
T.Manager Tania is the loveliest person you could ever wish to meet she makes you feel like family not just a guest
D.Very comfortable bed, clean shower & toilet. Quickly put a new bulb in when requested. Did not like sitting on the pull out sofa bed. It didn't latch back in place properly so was uncomfortable as a settee.
M.Its clean & tidy, bed comfortable . Decor very dated. Couple small things needed repair. Was an economy room. We only needed a bed for the night so ok. Receptionist was helpful & pleasent
J.Nice clean place. We stayed in room 6. Right next to pool. Room was huge. Two rooms big kitchen out door excess. Loved it 5 min walk to stadium to watch the warriors lose again.
m.Room and location OK, small pool. Didn't have breakfast or anything as arrived late and left early - bit of a FAFF arranging late arrival. Overall not great value but fairly decent place.
S.Very pleasing stay, heat pump kept everything warm during the cold winter, room was well serviced and a bonus having access to a heated pool. would definitely use again
