B.This was a lovely motel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Its the closest I've come to home away from home. Notably the heat pump was super quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bench top was worn and you could see the toilet was recently replaced as the lino was missing around the base, but this was very minor and the positives far outweighed this. The location was also very convenient, the city centre within walking distance and a supermarket just across the road.
M.Pretty budget hotel room. Toilet paper was this terrible, scratchy, thin stuff. Shower had no shampoo or conditioner.
Booked for 3 guest and had a double and single bed in the same room. The double bed was alright, though had a pretty obvious dip in it. The single bed was terrible. Matress was so warn down with a huge dip in the middle, as the springs had obviously worn right down. Not a good night sleep.
Kitchen had a mini fridge and microwave which was good, though I thought it was pretty cheeky of them to expect guests to do the dishes, considering it's typically part of the motel service.
Furnishings and decor needed updating. Paint was peeled off the walls, marks had not been washed off and one of the chairs was broken at the back.
Traffic noise was very loud at night, so not the best location for light sleepers.
Overall not very impressed with our experience.

J.Nice clean and very central. Great value. Double bed a bit soft but single nice and firm. Great walking distance to grocery and eateries. Right by the stadium. Limited TV channels and needs a connection upgrade.
L.I really like this place! It was perfect for our family! Very comfortable and great location! Walking distance from the stadium, grocery store, and restaurants.
Our room had a nice bathroom and shower with a separate toilet room inside, a kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, and sink, a small wardrobe with ironing board and iron, TV, plenty of power points, and a heating/ air conditioning unit, as well as free WiFi.
It's standard procedure for them to check your room before you check out. I'm thankful for this because he found our HDMI cable that I forgot in the TV 😁.
We will definitely be staying again in the future.
W.Love this place would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The room we stayed in was nice and warm and it had everything you need in the kitchen. Its affordable and the manager was even up late to wait for us to check in as we were travelling from Auckland. Love how there was another room inside with two singles for those who wants a quiet and peaceful sleep and a double in the main lounge if u wanna watch tv. My husband and I will love to come here again. And our parking was right in front of our room even more better. Thank you

B.Great Central Location. Rooms were all tidy, nothing to disappoint. Everything worked well and Wifi was unlimited, Free and easy to connect to. We were there for a short time and it was very comfortable and convenient for us.
R.Good value for money, and well located and close to most shops. Walking distance to Sky city and other restaurants and pubs in the area. Rooms were neat, and had enough space for a family, bathroom was clean. Wifi signal was good, and all the appliances worked well. Could do with some extra cutlery

The Motel was ok for one night. Tidy and clean. Friendly staff. Parking right outside our room which was great.
K.We loved our stay. Accomodated our family of 2 adults 3 children and an infant. Loved the bathroom, fresh and the whole stay was very enjoyable. Even though you are extremely close to main roads, it was relatively quiet. We would definitely stay again.
C.Clean, basic, comfortable well equipped room and kitchenette. Close to the Stadium, City centre and Hospital. Pak n Save and Petrol station across road for convenience. Free WiFi and parking are a bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.
J.My most favorite part of the room is the bathroom. I really like how the toilet and the shower and basin are separated, so one can do their business and the other does theirs, without claiming the entire bathroom. I also like the fact that it is very new, I can see that the carpet and the bathroom has just been renovated, with an air pump / air conditioner newly installed so it's all very nice. The shower box is a little small, maybe difficult for larger bodies. The kitchen in comparison is a little old, and the bed lacks a proper blanket. The 'blanket' provided is both a cover and a blanket, so you'd need to tuck the `blanket' inside the sheet. Least favourite of the room is the door. Its a glass sliding door, so can easily be broken in. The neighbourhood is also tiny, so you'd actually know who you're staying next door to.. not really secure there or for privacy sake it's not really good. Not too soundproof either, can hear next door neighbour's TV when it's on, and can here a lot of cars and people talking. The wifi here is free, but extremely poor quality connection, so won't be able to use it. Overall it's an ok stay, only stayed for a day so I wouldn't worry too much, but if it's a long stay I'll definitely get somewhere with better security and neighbourhood.
a.Stayed here for part of my 2 week holiday. Pricing very reasonable. Service great. Unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable, had all the necessary amenities. Close to supermarket, food and Central Hamilton CBD. Walking distance but also close to public transport (free shuttle bus to main areas of CBD). Allows for easy and painless navigation around area. WiFi was excellent as well (included). Highly recommend. Definitely an accomodation that I will return to on my next visit
B.the room was lovely and clean, and smelt fresh. shower was amazing! the staff were really friendly as well. Desilva made us feel welcome from sart to finish. we will definitely be back!
B.Awesome hidden gem the next time you're in Hamilton. Walking distance to Waikato Stadium, across the road from the best Pak n Sav in my opinion in the upper North Island...best variety of food you don't see in Auckland and so close to the cheapest Gas pumps you'll never see in Auckland...gotta get there for bargain prices
P.Great value for money. Clean, nice beds and bathroom was good too. The only thing was a strong smell of cleaning products when you enter but after opening a few windows it was ok. Would stay again.

I loved my stay here! We stayed in the spa studio with a 2 month old. Staff were very friendly and understanding! Bed was super comfy, spa was amazing! Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hamilton!!

I stayed there for two months this past Winter and Sanjay, Amit, and the rest of the crew are the kindest, most hardworking bunch there is. They work 24/7 to make sure that you have the best experience possible! The rooms are far better than you’d expect, too.. they’re super spacious and the crew cleans them daily at a time convenient for you! They make the beds so well & if you frequently sleep with your blankets a certain way, they take notice and make the bed how you like it without asking.. SO hospitable! I read a review that was disappointed there were no stove tops.. I just would like to mention that if it’s not a crazy time of night, if you ask the staff for help, they typically will let you borrow their own appliances. Seriously, they’re so helpful. You just have to ask.
The location is right across from a Pak N’ Save, on Victoria Street (where the mall and basically everything else in Hamilton is), short drive from the Base, a short walk from Hamilton Central, 20 min walk to Frankton, and right on the Waikato river trail.. just hands down, an amazing inn. 15/10 would recommend. You MUST stay here if you come to Whitiora!
