R.We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice and clean. The biggest issue we had is that they had no reception at all on Monday 27 December and there was a note that there would be no cleaning over the Christmas period. And anytime we needed assistance we had to call them from the intercom at the FRONT of the building. You couldn't even call them from the room phone, it was so inconvenient. So my complaints are about there being no STAFF present on the premises on check in day, they had a work around for it (call from the intercom and an envelope at the front desk) but it was still inconvenient. The room however was spacious and nice and clean, it had a spacious lounge and it had a good kitchen, 2 stove tops, a huge fridge freezer. It would have been better if they made a separate entrance for the bathroom and toilet instead of getting to it through the bedroom but it didn't take away from how nice and room was and the hotel itself is very clean. One last thing, it would be if they had streaming services on the tv, they only had normal tv channels which made it a bit aged
I.A spacious, light room on the quieter end of the main street. Incredibly friendly staff who were so helpful and nice! The only comments would be that the hotel is a bit dated and it was expensive. I would stay here again if we visited Hamilton in the future!

Iron + board, dish washer, hob, fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD player stereo, WiFi. No netflix/ sky.

K.Rooms are large and the kitchenette is good. Should have had at least a two seater couch though. Small old TV. Windows were missing the inner curtains and because they were far from the window there was a large gap where light came through.
10 am is an early checkout 😴
But, it is in a good location, so there was lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
S.Highly recommended we had a beautiful stay for a week and it was marvelous. Dont go anywhere else, this is definitely a great place to stay. Living at its finest thank you to the team at Quest...Sunny you are amazing at what you do, keep up the great work.

Dont agree with being charged for parking. Especially when I'm told that as it's stacker parking, should the car above me need to depart prior to me, that even if it was in the dead of night, that I would be woken to allow their exit. Fortunately this didnt happen.
B.No rsception when we checked in at 4pm. 1 xkey for 4 people left at reception. Room tired. beds were good.
l.Stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was nice enough, the shower was good, bed was comfy and it wasn't too noisy. My only complaint is the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the previous guests staying so half of the kitchenware was missing, also the stove is not ideal for cooking on. Not the best
I.Great to see a building repurposed and refurbished. I was impressed with the level of fit out in my apartment, I could have stayed for days instead of only 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Handy arrangement with a good variety of local eateries to charge back to your room. The only downside I noticed was the intrusion of traffic noise as the original building windows and frames are not very insulating to heat or noise.
T.The amenities in the hotel is great for family especially those with kids. The hotel is of a modern design. There was lots of free parking. All of the members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is surrounded with ***y good restaurants. Having a washing machine was a godsend. Where it was safe.
G.I had an excellent stay, great room that was large and well equipped with everything you could want. Staff really kind and helpful. Location close to restaurants but nearest supermarket a couple of blocks away.
D.Great hotel, very open feel and studio apartment style ceilings. One thing that threw me off at first was the do not disturb sign needing to stay in to provide electricity. It's a smart way to keep from wasteful use of energy. The lady at the front desk I feel bad I forgot her name gave some great suggestions on food and was a joy always smiling and extremely friendly.
T.You truly get what you pay for here. Most of the facilities are well maintained. The room itself was a really good size. Evening views are quite lovely in most rooms. The adjacent mall is a great attractions. Close to lots of dining options. We had executive unit which was very spacious.
T.One of the better hotels I've stayed at in Hamilton. Comfortable rooms and has all the necessary amenities. Could be potential 5 if they cleaned the fine detail areas, get a nice TV, and complimentary plunger coffee or biscuit
A.Got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. Good for a basic one night stay. Room was warm. Bed was 3/5. Two small tvs. Would stay again if need be. Secure parking was $14 per night.
P.Reception was more suited to an apartment hotel, though there were enough customers to warrant more of a front desk.
While they had a lift, it didn't go to the floor we were on and we had to carry our bags up a long flight of stairs and along a corridor to get to our room.
The off street parking was full and we would have had to pay extra for it anyway, streetside parking was limited. The room was okay, nothing special.
Nice location in the middle of town, far enough away from the nightclubs to be quiet, but still close enough to use as a base to go out from.

B.Great front-of-house service, very friendly and helpful. Car stacker is cool but quite tight for larger vehicles. Stayed in executive suite - roomy and great to have a washer and dryer included, plus dishwasher.
Plunger coffee would have been nice though for the room price, and bathroom a bit dirty in places. Also not necessary to replace hand soap everyday, having only used once or twice, a bit annoying to open a new one each day and have it go to waste later. Same with bottled body wash.
Bed was also not a king as listed, but two single beds pushed together with caused me pain in my back and a neck I couldn't turn after 4 nights. This was a real shame for what is meant to be a premium room.
K.Not managed after 7pm so if issues arise like noise there's no assistance. Parking is difficult and my window wouldn't close properly so excessive street noise all night. Not a 4 star experience.
N.Room was a great size. Big bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of kitchenware. Ideal place if you are staying for a night or a week. Everything you need in walking distance.
T.We went there for an exhibition and could store our equipment for an extra night without charge. Gave us a room that was very well suited for our what we wanted. Staff very accommodating and friendly at all times. We'd recommend the Quest Hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning in the near future.

G.Very reasonable rooms in central Hamilton and easy walking to cafes, shops, supermarket, and the Waikato River path. The Quest has some off street parking but make sure you book it. Kitchen cooking facilities were quite basic. Very friendly front house staff.
S.Nice central location, quite a few eateries within walking distance. Close if you're catching the bus. Parking situation is a bit complicated with stacked parking and coordination if you need to leave in the morning, but staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast.
E.Good size room with nice kitchenette and washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Clean and tidy with fairly modern decor. Have to pay $10 extra for unlimited WiFi.
T.This was our 2nd visit there in the last 4 months. We would definitely stay there again. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. I was very impressed with how well the room was equipped. There was plenty to do around the hotel.

s.Quest is one of my favourite place to stay , they provide parking , fully furnished apartment with all the needs and very friendly staff , and clean rooms , the staff is very cooperative if you need to get a little bit over stay in time they allowed that as well ... very cosy apartments ,
