W.Absolutely awesume units. Very clean and I found hosts to be very accommodating. Studio unit probably the most spacious i have stayed in and the private courtyard was an added bonus. Will defineatly be back.

F.We arrived late evening...they left our room opened with the keys inside so we didn't need to wait till the morning to check in. He also called us to confirm. Great service

There was plenty of room for him to move around. The shower chair was larger than he needed but really good.

K.We didn’t actually stay but the wonderful manager found us accommodation somewhere else when we could find nothing and went out of his way to do so. So appreciative of his going above and beyond to help travellers in distress. Will be singing his praises for some time
D.Spacious, good shower pressure, quiet.
The bed was appalling, very low and uncomfortable, hence sleeping on a small 2 seater sofa. The tv was tiny. Service was excellent however room was poor value for money.
T.Our stay was perfect here. Close to the shops and restaurants and clean and staff is great always keen to help. Rooms are warm and well equip Will definitely book again on our next trip to Hastings.

N.The hosts of the venue were so kind and helped me when my previous accommodation back fired at last minute. They made sure I was well looked after and I felt extremely welcome. Overwhelmed with their kindness. The place was very clean, had an awesome American vibe with huge cactuses our front and was real gorgeous! The shower was also super high pressure which was nice! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you again.
A.What a wonderful stay we had.rooms were beautiful set up.clean & tidy, new towels,toilet paper, teas & coffee every day.swiming pool was a good hit with the kids .bbq on hand if needed.walking distance to restaurants, pubs,supermarket & splash planet. The owners were really friendly & very helpful, we will definitely stay here again.my daughter luved the spa bath.5/5

N.The location is convenient and reception was friendly. However the room was not properly cleaned, for example the table still has some dust, shower cap was used by a previous guest and put back to the box, but the cleaner didn't check if the box was already used or not.
A.Great place to stay. The owners are amazing and don’t hesitate to take any suggestion they give you. Our room was clean, spacious and had every amenity you could need.
G.Take your own amenities as they do not refill. There was no shower soap. You have to wash own dishes. Large rooms with air con in lounge. Fan in master room. Had a spa And pool which was nice 220 for 2 bedroom for 2 people had to pay 20 extra per person. Pricey. Close to shops pubs petrol

Decor is a little dated but management advises of a renovation in the near future. Will definitely be back in the future.
