a.Staff were so accommodating and friendly. We turned up close to midnight looking for a place to stay while my Dad was in hospital. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved how homely it felt!
P.My adult son and I stayed here last weekend. We managed to get the last unit available (with 5 single beds and one double bed!) for just $25 extra. Many places in the area were fully booked due to the Art Deco festival in nearby Napier. I was given good directions over the phone and they are close to the main Havelock North shopping centre. Hastings was 5 minutes drive away and Napier 15-20 minutes drive. The staff/owners were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. A good selection of tea bags, coffee sachets, etc. including a couple of cookies. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. and cooking facilities. A nice touch was the listing of local restaurants, etc. on the door. There was no air conditioning but two large fans helped. plus we took advantage of the swimming pool. Enjoyed playing the large sized lawn chess. My only suggestion would be investing in heat pumps (that can be set to cool) for the rooms when it is very hot in summer.
M.Craig and Lyn are very welcoming and helpful. The unit was very clean, and bed comfortable, we slept really well. I loved the blackboard on the door which listed places to eat, and places to visit. Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely recommend and will be back, next time your way.

B.Had a wonderful 2 night stay this weekend. Great 2 bedroom suite. Had everything we needed with a bonus being right next to the pook. Lyn and Craig went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They organized a great pick up and drop off service to the UB40 concert that we were there for. Would highly recommend staying here. I know that I will be booking here again soon! 5 stars for me

C.Two days into a weeks stay and very happy. Homely atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Parking right outside your room so its not a walk to your vehicle. Very nice. And as stated very happy.
R.Great value and friendly. Spotlessly clean and spacious suite. Great overnight stop for our small family. Dated style not an issue for us as our room and the grounds were perfectly clean and maintained.

J.Clean and quiet. Clothes line available for the small things you wash in the sink. A small convenience store at the entrance. A short walk into town with nice restaurants close by.

H.Friendly staff, very clean and well maintain room. It's not close to town centre but you probably would be driving or riding to visit interest around the area.
M.We were looking for emergency housing for someone else but can only fit 2 adults and 4 children too small and they took ages to answer the phone so we went in and office was closed so we rang again the 3rd time they answered but couldn't help us, no good!
