T.perfect location, close enough to everything and still being able to have a quiet night, Issie is absolutely awesome, helpful and easy to deal with. We booked 5 rooms with various configurations and they are all spacious and clean as...this is definitely the kind of location and service that you've like to have while on a vacation. cheers

So great to walk out of a very cold day to find the room nice and warm with the heater roaring. The room was very clean and welcoming and the bed comfortable.
So good tohave more than one chairs so you dont have to sit on the bed to watch TV. Possibly the only place we have stayed where we got a bottle of milk the second day as well.
Will certainly stay again.
A.Stayed one night before sight seeing trip to Rakiura. Really enjoyed the room and owners obvious local knowledge and recommendations. Although not planned we decided to spend another night and were given an upgrade from an excellent room to an extra excellent room. I had heard of southern hospitality and have now experienced it by way of hotel owner.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation that I highly recommend.

R.Stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Big, spacious and comfortable. Quiet and well insulated. Only issue is the shower curtain is a little short to go around the spa bath, so shower water splashes on floor.
l.Helpful , friendly owners who have warm and clean units at a reasonable tariff. Back units off the highway so very quiet.
R.I just wanted to thank you all for the outstanding service you have been providing for my team, they have loved their stays, have noted how clean and tidy the rooms are and how comfortable the beds are which has been a godsend since they have been down for work. The service has been incredible no matter who I or the team have dealt with. Not to mention being so accommodating to our changing dates and being able to provide invoices. We will definitely be back, and you will always be our go to for business or pleasure in Invercargill.

H.Down for a cycling event at the Velodrome. Love the nice bed beds, the size of the rooms, the full kitchen including a dishwasher, and most important for a cycling trip having our own washer/dryer.
Kicker was leaving my laptop charger in the room, and couriered back FOC. Excellent service!!!
c.The room we had awesome very large in size and thoughtfully equiped with all the kitchen utensils To cook a feast for an army, the staff were very friendly and cleaned our room impeccably, I cannot Recommend this place enough if your ever in invercargill 👍🏼👍🏼
R.Stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a night. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was modern however the walls were dented in places. The spa bath was nice however the heater in the bathroom didn’t seem to work. I had an issue using the toilet due to low headroom but I am taller than average.
The only real downside was what sounded like someone running a bath or showering which made a lot of noise, this was at 3:30AM which was not ideal. Other than that the bed was comfy and the room was warm. Smart tv was a bonus.
k.We stayed here over labour weekend with our children and we absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very spacious ,clean and tidy I couldn't find anything to fault .....thank you so much well definitely be back .

L.The motel was clean tidy and warm. I found it to be too small and pokey for our needs. Only one arm chair and two table chairs. A little tight when two friends visited. Unit 27 @ $200/night. A good location though.
Z.I love this beautiful motel. It's interior is stunning. If you love Jacuzzi and warm bath with relaxing seclusion, then you should give it a go. The main heat pump and the one at the hallway really make the place very cosy in Winter.
B.Fine for business visit. Got a large two bedroom apartment style unit. Some obvious damage and looking tired. Kitchen had basic equipment but enough to get by. Bed was great. Close to road & rail so ++ traffic noise and early morning train.
黃.The stay was marvelous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The receptionist was really friendly and helped us with some of the trip planning. Overall the motel is really good. Recommended for families.
M.Clean, spacious and accommodating staff. Though it's near to main road, you can't barely hear the noise from outside.
And value for money too. Free wifi plus has Sky channel and Netflix ☺️
