C.Maria and Wally are amazing hosts. Good yarns and banter. Very accommodating with check in and check out timings. The place is walkable distance to town. Units are very clean and equipped with comfy beds, cozy couches and Netflix for rest days. Had a great stay, would highly recommend.
b.The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. They hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Neat little stopover on our way to Stewart island!
M.The owners were amazing, and so accommodating. We brought our puppy Freddy with us and they were so gracious about letting him stay with us. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and location close to town! Would 100% stay there again!

R.They were one of the best. So friendly, lovely to talk to and dropped us off to the wedding reception as it was raining. How beautiful 😍☔ really appreciate all they did for us. Room interior was well designed. Very classy, clean and amazing to sleep in. Beds comfy and nice big showers.

J.We stayed 6 nights in a one-bedroom unit, and were happy and comfortable. It was well-maintained, and Maria and Wally are kind and capable. Our unit had a hot water cupboard, which was handy if any shoes or clothing got damp. Also, the kitchen scissors, paper hand towels and tissues were useful. When we came back to the unit in the evening, which was chilly, the owners had already turned our heater on for us, and we walked into a warm unit. We slept well, and were so comfortable there, that I felt a bit homesick for it there after we left! Would stay again in a flash!
A.Amazing hosts!! Super friendly and accommodating with sparking clean rooms. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely stay here whenever we are back in Invercargill.

Had not been to the building for some years but was most impressed with what I saw. A very clean and professional operation ! Run by friendly, sincere couple who will ensure visitors are treated to honest Southland hospitality.
K.Wonderful stay. The owners went above and behold while I was there. I got in very late at night and they had the heating on in my room and the night light on. Room was cleaned spotless every day and the owners were very forthcoming in telling to to reach out if I needed anything. There was a great attention to detail and I feel that is what makes the difference between an OK stay somewhere and a great stay somewhere. I will be back if work bring me down that ways again.

A.It's a good place with good service. Friendly hosts too. Only thing I didn't like too much was noisy neighbours. Luckily that wasn't every night I was there.
