T.Lovely place with the basics. Ran by a lively couple. Location is ideal as everything is but a short walk away. Stayed in this lovely motel and it was our base to travel to Greytown, Carterton and Cape Palliser.
J.Old decor but price reflects accommodation. Bed very comfortable but sofa couch not good to sit on.
B.We stayed at the motel for 2 nights. It is very central, clean and has everything we needed. The hosts, Colin and Gail were very, very kind towards us and we thoroughly recommend the Martinborough Hotel if you want a very central, clean and friendly place to stay in Martinborough with everything you need provided.
G.Simple but cozy little room which was perfect for our one night stay. Super clean unit, comfy bed with electric blankets and a friendly host.
The cold tap in the bathroom has next to no pressure which needs to be sorted. Apart from that, a great spot to investigate and enjoy the quaint little township of Martinborough!
W.Very handy location. Walk 5 minutes to all shops, bars & eateries. Accommodation suited us as we planned to have a comfortable room & bed and thats what we got. Will definitely return. Thanks Gayle & Colin.
D.I stayed for a night with our grandchildren what a lovely Motel very comfortable and clean with a homely feel to it. I received a very warm welcome on arrival from the lovely owner who cooks tea and makes a cut lunch for my husband daily. He is working over there for about 3 weeks. I highly recommend this Motel 💯👏👏👏

B.My girlfriend and I were stranded in this small town of Martinsberg or wherever and we needed a place to stay after climbing the pinnacles (from Lord of The Rings) at the National Park nearby. Luckily we found this motel where we were absolutely P-A-M-P-E-R-E-D. We booked last minute and the lady at reception upgraded us to the master suite. What a wonderful surprEEEZZZZZ. The room was cozy and came with heated beds and a TV that had cable. We watched MTV’s Catfish and it was an episode where the catfish turned out to actually be the real person. Anyone who watches the show knows that that almost never happens. Nev and Max are legends and I can’t wait to watch again. Great Motel.
