L.We’ve stayed here a few time now and Jo always gives us a friendly welcome. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. Great shower and heat pump that has a fantastic air conditioning on a hot summer day and a warm heater on a cold night. Walk to some great cafes and grocery.
S.This is a really good place to stop and have good rest if you're doing long distance driving the motor lodge it's right on the main road
A.What a pleasant treat for office to wait till after 9pm for check in, to walk in a beautiful unit, couldn't find a thing to complain about all spotless and even a spa bath with lots of hot water. Will definitely stay there again.

Pool looked amazing but was to chilly to swim, but the spa bath made up for that. Highly recommended.
C.Such a wonderful service! Jo and Craig go the extra mile for their visitors. The motel is always clean and tidy and has facilities to cook small meals. Beautifully sized rooms and an outdoor pool, perfect for the current weather!!! Weve stayed here multiple times and it will continue to be ljd go-to!!!

C.I love staying here. Not only is it super clean and compfy but Joe and Jodi are fantastic, love arriving back after work to find they have turned on the heat pump so the units lovely and cozy. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is superb 😍
W.An awesome motel experience. We stayed in an accessible room and the size is the biggest accessible room we've ever stayed in. No need to move furniture to accommodate a WC. Cute wee kitchenette, loved the faux rustic floor board lino. Good bathroom size for WC access. My only criticism is the Microwave was out of reach for a WC user. Would definitely stay again when were over this way again.
C.The staff there were lovely and frankly could not have been more accommodating. It's such a big deal to get treated well and they totally did. The genuine smiles and warmth is always what makes me feel welcome and nothing at all was too much trouble. We really did feel welcome there and that was awesome as we really needed some time out. The beds were comfy and the spa bath lovely. Really good place for a bit of serenity. It was nice having KFC over the road as it was easter and supermarkets were closed - so that was also a bonus!
n.Jo and staff, thank you for making our stay just awesome. You went above and beyond and will definitely be back again. The room was clean and serviced every day. So handy to everything. Not to mention the fashion show daily lol ( Jo you will understand this ). Would recommend to everyone. Miss our room 3.
K.Really nice place. Large very clean room, has everything you need. Quiet, but in the middle of the city pretty much. To have a nice breakfast - just cross the road, 2 mins walk. Will be back next time.

Y.It is situated in CBD of Masterton, with walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. The Motel host Jo is absolutely wonderful and kind, keeping the room warm in time for guest's return. The room is clean with sufficiently equipped kitchen with cooking top as well as toaster aside usual equipments. Best of all the 1 double and 1 single room comes with a spa bath which is an absolute nice surprise. The room also came with generous limited free WiFi that would not run out. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

A.Discovery Motor Inn is the only place to stay in Masterton.

The proprietor was very nice and room was made up for us daily. All at a reasonable cost.
