L. D.We’ve stayed here a few time now and Jo always gives us a friendly welcome. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. Great shower and heat pump that has a fantastic air conditioning on a hot summer day and a warm heater on a cold night. Walk to some great cafes and grocery.

A. H.What a pleasant treat for office to wait till after 9pm for check in, to walk in a beautiful unit, couldn't find a thing to complain about all spotless and even a spa bath with lots of hot water. Will definitely stay there again.

W.An awesome motel experience. We stayed in an accessible room and the size is the biggest accessible room we've ever stayed in. No need to move furniture to accommodate a WC. Cute wee kitchenette, loved the faux rustic floor board lino. Good bathroom size for WC access. My only criticism is the Microwave was out of reach for a WC user. Would definitely stay again when were over this way again.
C.The staff there were lovely and frankly could not have been more accommodating. It's such a big deal to get treated well and they totally did. The genuine smiles and warmth is always what makes me feel welcome and nothing at all was too much trouble. We really did feel welcome there and that was awesome as we really needed some time out. The beds were comfy and the spa bath lovely. Really good place for a bit of serenity. It was nice having KFC over the road as it was easter and supermarkets were closed - so that was also a bonus!

Y. H.It is situated in CBD of Masterton, with walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. The Motel host Jo is absolutely wonderful and kind, keeping the room warm in time for guest's return. The room is clean with sufficiently equipped kitchen with cooking top as well as toaster aside usual equipments. Best of all the 1 double and 1 single room comes with a spa bath which is an absolute nice surprise. The room also came with generous limited free WiFi that would not run out. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

The proprietor was very nice and room was made up for us daily. All at a reasonable cost.
