Purchased a little electric kettle for our caravan. Starline is great to deal with. The website was accurate and when I rang to enquire if there was stock in NZ a real person answered immediately - a helpful and pleasant woman - and I was able to order online that day. The ordering process is good with updates all the way. I was also surprised to receive a personalised welcome video from the CEO - this is a nice touch. Just a shame I don't run a hotel and need to outfit 200 rooms - if I did this would be the company I'd use.

Bought a new duvet yesterday..and it arrived 24hours later.It is amazing...and so was the service afforded to me by Sharon Edinborough.She was just wonderful,nothing was too much for her. We are a school, so it was really easy to order our cleaning products and advised when the items would arrive here. Quick and easy service.

Owning a busy upmarket Motel , the products i require ( Toasters,jugs, hair dryers etc ) have to be of a decent quality , and the 0.8 Litre Nero jugs are , also the Nero Hairdryer. The Pelorus stainless steel cleaner that i haven't been able to find for months is a stocked item with Starline , so Thankyou Bernard Raikes , one phone call and it arrives 2 days later.

Most excellent service. I am a new customer, set up an account, ordered what I needed, easy checkout options. An hour later I received an email to say my order had been dispatched and was on its way! Couldn't ask for more. That's quicker than driving to any store.

Just joined this company and have placed around 4 orders so far. They are super quick and efficient and their products are good quality. They often have specials and keep in contact with you so you can take advantage of them. Their Help Team are a proper 'help team' and really do want to help you! l rarely write reviews but this company definitely makes my life a lot easier. I get what I order and it's seamless!

At no stage in the ordering did it mention the face masks were out of stock. I would have thought it should come up as a prompt prior to taking full payment. To take full payment and then only partially ship issuing an invoice for only what is shipped and not following up with an email to advise that the order has been part-shipped and the expected wait time is not best practice. I had to follow up myself and the reply was very quick, but not accurate.
