D.We found that for 2 adults n 2 adult sized teenagers, the room we were put in wasn't big enough. The sofa bed is just awful n u can feel every spring poking thru the mattress so my son didn't get any sleep at all for the 2 nights we were there.
They also initially hadn't given us any bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for some, we were given everything except for a quilt so went without on night.
Not enough towels given for the 4 of us either.

Good rooms tidy
A.We loved our stay. Modern refurbished room that was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfy and the staff are very friendly. Good location for walking down to the Mount and shops/cafes etc. We hope to stay again when next in the area.

L.We drove into Tauranga late at night with no place to stay. We weren't able to read reviews before we rented the room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised. It was huge with 2 separate bedrooms, a main room with couch, TV with tons of stations and a stocked kitchen and an awesome bathroom. The toilet had a separate door then the room with the shower (which was one of the largest showers I've ever seen) and the bathroom was far enough from the rooms that you wouldn't wake anyone if you took a shower. This allowed us to get ready so much easier in the morning. This was the ONLY hotel we stayed in the whole time we were in New Zealand that had unlimited wifi - the other hotels said free wifi, but only allowed 250MB or 1000MB use for the whole time. It's 1 minute to the beach - and we LOVED the beach. The volcano walk yielded incredible views. The beaches were filled with shells and if you wash them well beforehand, Australia and the USA allow you to import them. You can walk to the little island off the beach as well. We loved Tauranga and this hotel.
D.The motel room was spotlessly clean and neatly presented. The Manager was very accommodating, allowing us to book a mere 30 minutes before we turned up.
C.Nice place, accommodating to our needs of a bigger carpark. Clean and tidy room, everything works as it should, friendly staff on arrival and beautifully cooked breakfast. Would love to come back one day.
D.We on holiday from Scotland and stayed two nights, clean tidy pleasant no air con in all rooms but fans fitted and they are working on doing all rooms apparently.

You can hear the harbor and the beeping of driving backwards all night long. If you have a steady one, it is right for you.

Saubere Zimmer, Küchenzeile, welche ausgestattet ist. Kleines Badezimmer, welches aber völlig ausreichend war. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator.
Man hört den Hafen und das Gepiepe vom rückwärts fahren die ganze Nacht über. Wer einen festen hat, für den ist es richtig.
