We had a lovely stay here this weekend. The staff were kind, friendly and professional. The outdoor facilities are excellent and the location is great too!

Overall Disappointed- appliances didn't work, for the money I would have expected better quality, facilities were great for the kids though.

Completely stunning will be for sure very modern place and that pool wow with stunning ocean views

Bloody good. We had a really nice room with views of the pool, tennis court and Mt Maunganui. Well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Very close to beach (across the road). Has everything we could wish for. Staff on reception very nice.

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you have young kids. Not too far from the Mount but far enough to keep away from hubbub, especially if you are visiting at New Year. The two pools are really good and our two spent half the holiday in them.

I booked this apartment complex because it was labour weekend (I didn't know prior to arranging my flights to NZ) and there wasn't much else to choose from to the level I expect and in an area that was close to where I had to visit. Check-in was okay but could have been faster. I had to fill out a form but I don't know why because I had filled out same information with my online booking. The apartment was very nice (does require a spring clean) although comfortable for my requirements. It was a two bedroom apartment (no one bedroom apartments available). Toiletries very minimal (a small soap and shampoo). Shower very nice with good pressure. Tea, coffee sachets and milk only cheap quality. (milk long life type in very small capsule (15ml). I went to local supermarket to get good coffee and milk, and shower soap. There is no daily room cleaning, makeup of bed, or replenishment of anything. This is first ever time I have experienced this. I'm a well travelled person (usually with my wife) and visited 54 countries and have stayed in apartments before and they have always been serviced daily. Don't expect hotel/motel service here. The kitchen is well supplied with crockery and cooking pots and pans. The oven definitely requires repair or replacement. It is very noisy, even without using the fan option. The washing machine and dryer don't work. Both plugged in, power on but neither of them worked. I think this place should just be called Cutterscove Apartments, because it isn't a Resort. Comfortable yes, in a good location yes, but calling it a resort, no way.

Great place especially for getting away from the bussle. Has a shallow lagoon pool and large heated lap pool. Haven't tried the mini golf or golf driving nets or the tennis court. The gym is larger and better fitted out than most places and has sauna. Rooms are great with some views of ocean or pools and decent balcony to enjoy it from. Decor looked different in each room. Parking for 2 cars underground. Yay. Really liked sitting in the spa pool under the stars listening to the surf. Nice cafe/resturant nearby but often walked along the beach to have coffee at cafes under the mount. We keep going back there but best to ring to book the better rooms.

Havent been for a few years, location is still great, view is great and so is staff but needs more maintenance and updating.

This was a lovely apartment big large balcony nice and clean private and secure the lovely people running the place where amazing thank you.

The place was amazing and the receptionist allowed us after hours and it was very late. The room was flawless and super comfortable bed. We will back soon!

Location of the apartment is brilliant. Apartment itself it brilliant. What we were not happy with was the staff that runs this apartment. Quiet rude and not very helpful/ approachable.

Located by the beach. Room was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were present. Moderately priced and location is all close to restaurants and bars.
