Will definitely come back here again! Has a small pool to cool off. 9am to 9pm. But the in kids were in there quite early. Although the inhouse restaurant was closed it wasn't a big deal. You can easily buy your own food elsewhere.

Best bang for your buck, cheap, spacious and we'll equipped with all that was needed.... Pool was clean and well looked after. Receptionist was wonderful and helpful. Deffs a 10/10

Stayed at the Palm City Motor Inn,Reception lady was very nice checked me in .Headed to my room with clear directions shower was nice an hot ,waiting for the restaurant to open dozing off on the bed.Tired and Hungry heading to the restaurant not knowing what to expect far from home.Food was great dessert outstanding company great headed back to my room .Home is where you rest your head,team was friendly food was terrific room was great hoping to return soon to continue discovering the countries hidden wonderland in this busy city.

Thanks to the owner for replying on my review. We didn't want to embarass lady at the reception by telling her about spiders. She did great job by giving us room to stay. Even if it's a studio a small exhaust fan is expected in toilet. Great that you cleaned off the spiders now but that was really unpleasant stay for us after all that tiring journey. Noone would like to use spider webbed toilets. Thanks!

Very basic accommodation with some things like the spa not even working. One window couldn't even open properly as things were stacked up against it outside. Really no outlook & no kitchen sink - had to fill jug & rinse dishes in the handbasin. Shower not very user friendly. Very pleasant cleaning staff.

Firstclass cleanliness. Top service along with extremely helpful staff. Nothing is a trouble. No question too small or big. Guests are made to feel very welcome. Enjoyable stay. Quiet too.

Always stay there when working in Napier.Always clean and good food as well.

Nice, close to city, good parking, clean, sunny, pool to match but plugs slightly to big , toilet flush to small. Small things that make the difference, not sure about the new tv network, wifi on screen not easy to remove. Otherwise good for price. Approachable friendly willing to help staff, great place for family with children as off street rooms.

Great place to stay. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Good parking. Staff and management helpful and friendly. Appreciated the extra biscuit for my night time snack thank you. Plenty of coffee and tea etc instead of the 3 cup allocated at alot of places. Nice fluffy towels too. Food is good too with fast room service. Could not fault the place and would stay again if in the area.

We were 2 adults and 3 children. Very comfortable, clean, with great facilities in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The children lived in the pool and played on the little playground. The laundry was excellent and I was able to keep an eye on the children in the playground. Reception (Sue), brilliant manner. We will definitely go back to Palm City Motor Inn.

Rooms slightly outdated but clean and tidy. The small restaurant onsite was amazing. Great selection of beers and the meals are 10/10 👍🏼. Highly recommend this spot if your traveling for work and want a one stop shop. Friendly staff.

Close to the CBD, venues and sights, and easy to find and access. Good accommodation prices, and the rooms are adequate, albeit a little dated, but I would stay here again for sure. Get a room up the back away from the main road. Great staff! Good parking too.

Clean and tidy friendly staff.

Delivers a quality experience for its price range. Located in a quiet spot away from main roads. This motel is clean, modern and spacious with a generous bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for one night stopovers or business travelers with a vehicle. It's worth noting that aircon is not provided so travelers from a colder climate may find it uncomfortable in summer as Napier is known for being warm.

Stayed five nights here in mid-winter visiting family living same area.Lovely comfortable beds. No heating in bathroom and shower door jamming-up so a good thump required to open. Difficult for us 80yos. Similar problem with front door not locking. No hooks for clothes in bathroom. Unable to raise wi-fi prompt on tablet in room15 but office staffer did her best. To be fair, management have since contacted us requesting further details in order to effect maintenance. Other members of our family have also stayed here for both business & pleasure over a 20+years period (as we have) but we may look for a quieter location next time.

Family unit was great, clean and lots of space. (2 bathrooms and 2 tv was great) Perfect walking distance to Cricket. Great reception, very friendly.

TV reception not good next to no sky. Hole lot of reasons why, one would think if others have sorted that owners avoiding the spend to get it right.Clean and tidy. Beds had there day.

Room needed some additional heating but clean and tidy. Just needs the shower updating to be an excellent stay.

Awesome place to stay, on site restaurant was great after a long day as didnt have to go out for dinner and they supply a bottle of milk. I hate those thimbles of milk most places supply these days. Would highly reccomend staying here

You have 2 rooms. 1 is a bed, lounge, kitchen with a wardrobe. Other rooms your toilet, shower and basin with mirror. Plain, but does the trick if you're not staying long, clean and convenient

Good location close to Napier town centre. Our room looked like it had recently and had a very nice clean modern bathroom installed.

New rooms but lots of things didn't work. The phone was broken. The toilet seat was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom. No air con and it was so hot.

A nice apartment complex with easy reach to Napier town centre (walking) or Hastings (car). Everywhere was clear and the staff helpful, friendly and welcoming.
