Very good stay, definitely recommend this place. Nice view of the beach good spa as well. Loved it

Pretty nice motel. Clean and tidy ,reasonable price. Their decision around vaccinated only is not needed rules out a lot of staying guests. Including family’s with unvaxxed kids and teenagers. Would of been nice for them to publicise this on their website so I could of avoided the place.

View is beautiful, sit in the spa and watch the sun come up over the ocean.. Friendly staff, room very clean and the bed is huge and really comfortable. Will definitely go again.

Great location, good service, good quality rooms, that have been re-furbished. Spa in the rooms. Ocean views in a lot of rooms. Nice little balcony. Sky movies wasn't working pn my stay, but sky sport was. Got help when I asked for anything. Very clean.

room is located on the ground floor and although narrow is quite long. It has everything we need I haven't tried the spa bath yet

Rates/rooms are excellent, staff and household services, very attentive. As we are in lock down and breakfast room service is unavailable atm, motel kindly provided breakfast spreads on request to supplement my purchased provisions. A very pleasant stay-cation option during travel restrictions.

Good location clean close to beach and city centre,comfortable and good spa and views,will be back sometime,staff not bad doing there job,great sunrise,smoke ash on my balcony from tenants above,rather noisy early hours as well otherwise fine.

Lovely room, very comfy bed

This place was right by the the very rocky beach. The room was a two bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. Note that the rooms with 2 bedrooms are only on the bottom floor. The parking was at the back of the motel and around the reception The receptionist was polite. The room was a bit outdated but still fine. The room also has a small TV with about 5 sky channels and the bedrooms have a small hole that let's in light so you have to turn off the lights outside the room. The spa was inside the bath tube. Overall, this place was excellent and I had a great stay.

This hotel was absolutely a favourite of mine. It was spotlessly clean and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was huge and luxurious and the air conditioning unit was a godsend when the temperature was in the mid-30s outside. The view was great from the hotel as well and the location was close to the central city and National Aquarium. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 was my check-in time was delayed by half an hour due to a late departure of the previous guests. Apart from that everything was excellent and I would definitely stay here again

Great access to Marine Parade with plenty of parking. The rooms are nothing flash, some with poorly designed entrance ways that make them hard to get into. Apart from that, it’s well equipped and comfortable!

Great, clean & tidy. Has air con now which it didn't have when we last stayed there. We stayed the wknd of Guy Fawkes so it was absolutely brilliant watching everyone let fireworks off on the beach front. Awesome.

Nice clean motel, the rooms had comfortable beds and pillows. The wooden blinds in the rooms did not keep as much light out overnight as we would have liked but overall it was a really nice place for a couple's night away.

Because the staff are really friendly and an awesome view of the water from the balcony and we will definitely come back.

On to a winner here; the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. We paid for the ocean view room and it was worth every cent. The spa was massive. It was also handy to have a guest laundry easily accessible. Location was also really good walking distance to shops and restaurants, and free car-parking onsite.

Very nice welcome by friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities were very clean and tidy. Kitchenette was very clean, tidy and aptly equipped to suite its purpose! The ocean view from the balcony or from the comfort of the ensuite spa-bath was equally amazing!! Very very recommendable accommodation

I was visiting a friend while they were staying here. The room was clean and tidy and the beds seemed comfortable enough from lying on the briefly. Walking distance to Napier city centre and the beach which is handy. Good amount of parking available for guests too.

We stayed at the family room, one bed room suite, on ground floor. One bedroom with two singles, and one super king in the lounge. Suite is spacious and very clean. Lounge faces the ocean. One enjoys sunrise every morning. Across the road is the junior bike park. Very convenient for young kids. Will return in future.

In Napier many of these motels have similar amenities so my review is on the awesome staff who were very accommodating about my early arrival and finding me a much needed power adapter for my laptop. They offered (I didn't have to ask, they offered) me fresh milk for my tea on check in and were very knowledgeable about the area. Nice view and the room was well kept during my stay. It's a short walk from the main shopping area.

Right by the marine, spa bath after a long day in the room, discrete seating and bed area, large bed, shower room as well, well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff, arrived early for scenic city tour but we're allowed to use the car park before room was ready. Shame it was only one night. There are rooms facing the marina but we did not miss this as it was cloudy day. Great find

Excellent views from our second level accommodation. Clean and handy to town with beach walks directly opposite. Also nice large spa bath in our unit for that evening soak. Good on-site parking. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms and a good location. Very well maintained but could do with replacing some things, both patio chairs were broken.

Nice place but soap residue on tiles from being cleaned so once they are wet become vary slippery mrs slipped over and hurt herself last night not cool

Regular NZ motel. Rooms are spacious. You have jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast not included in the room rate, can be ordered. It is delivered to your room. Air conditioning doesn't maintain temp throughout the room. Staff could be little more helpful.

I couldnt use the balcony table as it was COVERED in little bugs. And the tea provided tastes stale. Bed comfy enough. The sunrise over the ocean is gorgeous

Beautiful views, close to city centre, and a lovely bath tub. This was just what we wanted after doing the Tongariro crossing.

Awesome place. Huge bed. Huge spa. Everything you need. Ocean views. The bones of the motel are old (no lift) but the people running it have updated the furnishings. Close to city centre. Would happily return.

Marvelous educational fun for people of all ages. Aquatic species range from gold fish, piranha, sharks, sea turtles etc. All tanks are really big with magnified glass fronts so you see the smallest creatures to the fine details of the larger ones. The adjoining cafe has a good selection of food and drinks and the souvenir shop is well stocked and reasonably priced. A good time for all the family.

Stayed at the Shoreline a few times and always enjoyed it. Well appointed, clean rooms across from the front and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Big, comfy beds and a large spa in the room. 10/10

Lovely motel in a beautiful location. After a long drive from Waitomo Caves, my fiancee and I were thrilled at the views and the spa bath. Very well presented in all regards.

Spacious with direct view to water. Short walk to town. Access to single communal washing machine and dryer a pain when there is a queue in afternoon. Limited kitchen facilities. Limited parking spaces forcing parking on street.

Refurbished large motel, tiny kitchen, soft mattress, have a spa in room but not clean enough, change towels and remove rubbishy everyday, but no carpet cleaning. Summarize is not bad.

Very well located with an awesome view on the parade. The room was very comfortable and with a jacuzzi. There a car park. We stayed one night and it was lovely.

Was only here for one night, but everything was in order. Expect a bit of noise if your room is near the metal stairs to upper floors. Otherwise, a comfortable stay :)

Best motel EVER! Spa in our own room with a TV and super friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk from town and just across the road from the beach. Right across the road from savemart

The staff are super helpful and coped with our late check in like absolute champs. The motel is clean, quiet, has ample parking, and is close walking distance to restaurants and the Napier cbd. It's literally right across from the beach and the amazing collection of kid's parks that Napier has on the beach. The beach cycle path is part of the superb network of Hawkes Bay cycle paths, which makes the motel an excellent base to explore Napier and the surrounding area.

The room was immaculately clean. It had everything we could need. The spa bath was comfortable. The bed cozy. We heard the sound of the ocean all night snd in the morning we had breakfast on our lovely balcony. A very relaxing stay.
