A.We booked last minute, when we arrived we found a detailed notice how to find everything. The hostel is more like a little home. Everything is very clean and cozy .We really enjoyed our short stay. We meet the manager in the morning and she was also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place
I.Amazing place! Great location private yet central to everything. Atmosphere is lovely people are so welcoming, its really home away from home. Prices can't be beaten for the facilities on offer beds so comfy and each dorm has its own bathroom! Hospitality at its finest such a relaxed stay but filled with fun! Thanks so much for having us we won't be leaving anytime soon!
R.Wasn't pleased to have my room that I had paid for given to someone else. I was given a dorm bed for the night and refunded the difference in room prices for that night. I received an appropriate room for the following night.
Room was at an expected level for a backpackers so no issues there. Was great to have access to mountain bikes to explore Nelson.
D.Awesome place awesome people, couldn't ask for better value for money. Central location can walk everywhere in town. Rooms are lovely clean and comfortable. Will be recommending to all coming through Nelson!
