K.A lovely place to stay and we appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. Comfortable bed and good shower. The unit had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for the dogs to have a good run around. Would definitely stay again.
B.This place is so beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again very soon. It was lovely to be able to take our wee dog with us and were surprised at how dog friendly the area was. Stefan was lovely, he remembered all of our names, even my dog, Precious. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

R.Absolutely beautiful place, being out in the countryside allows for it to be a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, just a shame we weren't staying longer and in warmer months to give the pool a go, looked very inviting
D.Wow... would be up there as one of the best. Friendly host, beautifully presented (huge/park like) grounds, as new villas, warm and quiet. Pet friendly to the extent it was noticed we had forgotten our dogs water bowl... and one was supplied the next day. Looking forward to returning!
P.Gorgeous situation, so quiet and restful. Room is comfy, warm and well appointed. But, out the window is where Ratanui Villas is in a class of its own. Massive grounds with protected trees and birdsong galore. Fabulous!
R.ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! We recently took a road trip and was fortunate to book the refurbished cottage here. Situated serenely approximately 9 mins drive from the city centre, Ratanui Villas not only boasts beautifully kept grounds (great for pets) but the villa was perfect for my family and our pup. The staff were also kind and readily available. We definitely regretted not booking here longer and will 100% re-book in the future.
L.We have stayed here before. We like it because it is out of the way, but close enough to New Plymouth itself, in a garden setting, with a large park area for kids to play on. Close to the Ratanui Gardens scenic site.

J.Incredibly quiet location. A bit far out of town for some but not for me. Super clean. Wifi can be sketchy. Customer service is excellent. The best service of any hotel / motels that I have stayed in over the last 10 years.
R.The gardens and grounds here are stunning. Would recommend this as a stop over for anyone visiting New Plymouth.

J.There is a beautiful garden and can see Mt Taranaki from afar.The rooms are clean and comfortable but there was not sign on the road.It was dark when we arrived,we found it very hard.
