G.Good backpackers. Tidy comfortable rooms, helpful, cheerful and approachable staff. Large well stocked kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating. We didn’t use the spa but looked lovely. We had a good stay. Thank you.
R.Great budget-friendly hostel, organised well-appointed kitchen, great helpful staff. Spa, lounge, bookshelf, showers and toilets. The hosts happily arranged an extra bed for us. Short 2-min walk to the beach and restaurants. Great shady hammocks.
A.Close to everything, quiet, peaceful, well kept. Nice outside area, good rooms, good people. Safe, free wifi.. great place to stay, definitely recommend this place 💗
R.Room was abit small kitchen needed abit more cleaning but it was agood stay and very cheap I'd my stay there was good
K.Nice for a hostel, the host went to the trouble of pushing two singles together as we booked a double room the day before we arrived. Communal bathrooms were quite clean in the morning but a little worse for wear in the evenings and the area outside the showers had little drainage. The place is nice and close to everything in Paihia. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
E.Absolutely loved this place! Very friendly owner and clean and tidy hostel , couldn't fault anything at all.
We stayed in a studio and I would go as far as to say it's better than some of the 3-4 star hotels I stayed at!
N.Jana, the receptionist, is amazing. She is laid back and flexible. And she works SO hard around the premises. She will do what she can to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. You rock Jana. Oh, and $5 kayak rentals? Can't beat it.
P.Pretty cheap, nothing special.
Positive: have been a confortable bed and plenty of store space in the kitchen. Nice staff.
Negative: is quite dirty and linen are probably older then I am..
D.Location is great. The studio where we stayed is perfect for a couple. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. And the staff was very friendly.
The only negative thing for us was the WiFi connection. We stayed at the very corner of the building and the WiFi signal there is null. But as overall I would recommend this place!

B.This is a backpacker in an awesome location. We have a unit here which is modest but with our own balcony. Good value I think
W.Friendly staff, good facilities and beautiful part of the country. They also phoned within 15 min of departure about lost property.
P.Nice and friendly place. Good kitchen, spa and common areas. Bikes for hire (there is a mountainbike park closely). The beds aren't the best, but it's really close to the beach.
H.Nice atmosphere, easy to get in touch with other travelers in the kitchen or outside. Rooms are small, but according to the affordable rates.
Work for accommodation is possible.
