Clean and tidy rooms,everything you would expect from an affordable motel,friendly service,would of got five Stars but they double charged for the room when I booked and paid online.

We've stayed here on numerous occasions while visiting Palmerston North and found the proprietors friendly and have no problem booking a room for the night. At times we've turned up without a booking and they have been accommodating to our needs. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Stayed there two nights. Bed very comfor table. Nice touches like air freshener in the toilet, plunger coffee as well as instant. While a bit dated, it is very clean and warm. Quiet too for a main road Would definitely recommend it. Will stay there again

Tidy motel unit,adequate for my wife and myself for one night,a little disappointing no aircon as it was a very hot day and night,28degrees,but,the unit had a powerfull desk mounting fan,and this helped to cool us down a little.

This place is lovely. Tranquil. It's grounds merge into Awatea Park. The unit was spotless and all facilities great

When we first came, half the lights Weren't working. However, we told them, and 2 days later when we came back all the lights worked and they even fixed the dodgey switch.
