I.We have stayed here before and it as then and now one of the cleanest well laid out places we have been in, spotless, modern, clean, the bed I had was more than comfortable, beautiful showers, fully functioning kitchen, huge tv, it will be our go to when we are in Palmerston North, Chris and Ida Flint
P.I've spent 12 days at Drovers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with cooking facilities. Throughout Paul and his Staff have been very accommodating, helpful and courteous. Room service food can be provided. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at the Drovers again. Recommended.

K.I have been staying at the Drovers for about a month now for work. As someone who does a fair amount of travelling and staying in various forms of acccommodation, I go by three key requirements. The accommodation has to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Given that the motel is in proximity to a road junction, Drover's excel in all facets of providing a good customer experience. Their staff are friendly and very accommodating, any issues (no matter how minor) are addressed very promptly, and the rooms are impecable. The motel has recently changed management (i think around June/July 2021)and I think it really shows in a very good way. Whenever I visit PN again, this will be my go to place without hesitation.
P.Modern, well appointed rooms and the bed was extremely comfortable. This place is well above the average, don’t be misled by its quite austere exterior.

I've stayed at hundreds of motels for work and for a motel to get a good review, it needs some kind of stand out feature. Well, the Drovers Inn has something that stands out. The showers. Wow. Never experienced such a great volume of water coming out of the shower head before. I want that shower in my own home!

P.Clean, tidy and spacious. Wifi is a little choppy but overall an excellent stay. Price is reasonable as well. Great for family with young children. Owner was super friendly as well. Definitely the right choice.

A.Very clean. Good shower. Love the lizard hand towel holder. Huge bed. Microwave, jug and plates etc. Tv Netflix. Wardrobe hangers and ironing board etc. Large bed. Can order breakfast. (We forgot) . Nice seated area outside. Small child's plastic play tower. Friendly staff
P.My Husband and I stayed there last night. I have to say the Hosts of this Motor Lodge were the best I have every come across. We were motelier's for many years and this couple know exactly what is needed to make their guests feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and also for helping my husband who uses a walker across a very busy road. Our unit was very fitting to our needs and very clean.
S.My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Drovers recently on our visit home to NZ. We truly can’t recommend this Motor Inn enough! They went above and beyond with everything from our last minute booking (I called an hour before we arrived) to all the little things like turning on our heater when we went out to dinners so we could arrive back to a warm and cosy room. They are so very welcoming, friendly and kind honestly the list could go on! Our room was absolutely perfect and well worth every penny. So spacious and modern, everything was so clean and fresh and set out perfectly. We will definitely be back on our next trip and cannot thank the AMAZING owners enough for their wonderful hospitality!!

J.Ahhh, my favourite room is the one in the photos that has the chairs out the back. One thing I will say is sometimes it rains so might need a bit of cover but if you get a bit wet from the rain it’s all good cause the shower is incredible! The jets and power of the stream is unique and very hard to come by these days in a hotel. You can even set your own temp and when you travel all day you can arrive with the heater on, a cold beer, great owner/managers and did I mention an amazing shower 😊 What more can a rep ask for 👍👍 Highly recommended!

R.We arrived 2 hours early & Murray was happy for us to go to lunch & he would have our room ready. 45 minutes later we returned, room was ready & he gave us a complimentary beer. Room was better than expected and serviced every day (4 day stay). Murray & his wife were excellent hosts and if I could give them 6 star rating I would great rooms, great service excellent price
D.Susan the host gave us a great welcome and was exceptionally helpful. Room had everything we needed with comfortable bed, 2 cosy armchairs and a large screen tv. Spotlessly clean with great power shower. Shame we only had one night here.
J.This was the second time stayed at Drovers Motor Inn and again I was not disappointed. The place felt overall very clean and eco-conscious. Everything worked perfectly from the TV, wifi, air-conditioning and kitchenette. The continental breakfast was also a great option for me as I had to get out early for work each day and having everything there for me was perfect.
L.I would highly recommend staying at Drovers when visiting Palmerston North. Motel owners are extremely friendly & welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable & extremely clean... they even had the heatpump on in my room upon arrival ! .. which was great because it was a cold evening. Bed was comfortable & got a great nights sleep.. most important for us business travelers. Thanks Team & I will be back.

C.Spent several months here off and on working in the premises installing air con/Heat Pumps in every room and this is hands down the cleanest Motel I've ever been into. Owners are the nicest people and are working really hard to upgrade every room. While I was there the WiFi was being upgraded and is so fast now, and every room has had new carpet and flooring. Can't recommend Drovers enough!
N.Excellent, stayed in a lot of Motels over the years with work and this one definitely rates up there. Came in late, heat pump was on room warm, shower was brilliant not your usual motel money saver system, bed was warm and comfortable. Thanks, highly recommended.

A.I have used Drovers many times over the years, and the staff and rooms are great! There are a few little things, that aren't perfect - But considering the types of 'dives' that are out there - I feel it fair to give them 5 stars.
Another cute little surprise is the cheeky cat! He's only got 3 legs but he's such a sweetie! My partner and I just love him!!
I honestly can't speak higher of Drovers and I will continue to use them whenever possible.

J.We had to look for an emergency accomodation while our kitchen is getting renovated. I found this gem online and room was exceptional. It is very clean and tidy and you will feel at home. This is definitely a place to stay while you are here in Palmy.
