T.From the first phone call to book a room the customer service was amazing. Belinda made a point of getting all our names before we arrived. The welcome was outstanding with little touches like hand cream, chocolates for our son and magazines for us to read and chocolates in the room and a lolly bowl. The rooms were lovely, very spacious and extremely clean. You have the use of netflix. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
R.Fantastic hosts, warm & inviting. Our stay was amazing. The motel room was fresh & relaxing, the gardens were beautiful & the flowers bright & in bloom. You can tell when people are passionate about what they do, and Belynda & Mark have nailed customer service. They helped make our wee holiday a pleasant experience we will remember. Complete customer satisfaction & looking forward to our next vacation @ Hacienda Motel.

Both, Mark and Belynda are amazing, kind and generous managers, if you need anything they will try there best to provide, all of there rooms are exceptionally spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you want and/or need, the grounds are very well kept, it has deffinately exceeded my expectations. Credit to them.

P.Great renovations to this place. Super king size beds are really comfy and big. Separate kitchen and a large main room. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Hubby left his charger behind and the owners returned this to us promptly and included a hand cream too, so unexpected.
Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Palmy
S.We chose to stay here for the charging station that was available for our electric car and for the studio with a spa bath. Getting the charging sorted out upon arrival was a breeze and we weer able to relax after a long drive straight away in the quiet privacy of our room. The room was sparkling clean and the bathroom had fantastic goodies from NZ companies including a lovely Linden Leaves Salt bath bag. The lolly bowl was a really nice touch. We will definitely stay again in future.
D.Large rooms well presented, bed was top quality, great bathroom, shower was exceptional. Very quite and tidy and in a handy loaction to town. Owners helped us out at short notice and are very friendly. Will be were I go next time I'm in Palmerston North.
N.My first week in NZ was amazing, owners welcomed me with warm hands. The accommodation was excellent. They made sure that I didnt regret my decision to leave SA and come to NZ, they checked up on me almost everyday.
l.We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years. Since Belinda and Mark have taken reigns of the Hacienda, it is possibly our favourite motel stop (and we stay up and down the country!).
Their warm hospitality, additional help to look after our 1 year old and the attention to detail is fantastic. They keep the room warm, ensure a well stocked kitchen and for those that are inclined, they have just upped the Skye to all 59 channels.

B.A wonderful place close to city centre with excellent facilities and service to boot. The room was specious and well catered for. The spabath is amazing specious. I thoroughly recommend it. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in a walking distance. The wonderful hosts Mark & Belynda are happy to recommend a place to eat or visit close by. They are incredibly helpful & welcoming making you feel like a home away from home. If you are are in Palmerston North for short or long stay, look no further than Hacienda Motor Lodge. Hosts were very pleasant and friendly, and gave a warm welcome.
The room was excellent, flatscreen TV, amazing spa bath, huge comfortable bed.
The in-room cooked breakfast was amazing. I will be back when I'm next in Palmerston North.
L.I stayed at Hacienda Motor Lodge for 6 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean and modern with a spa bath and a kitchenette with range top. I was impressed with the customer service because I was ill with the flue at the time and my hosts were very attentive and helpful beyond what you would get at a lesser motor lodge. I loved the spa bath and the kitchenette was easy to work in. All the conveniences were available and the service was stunning. I highly recommend this motel as THE best place to stay in Palmerston North.

A.Lovely large spacious clean rooms with large comfortable beds with a great separate kitchenette and large comfortable bathroom. Amazing friendly staff who are very approachable. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great affordable stay in a lovely motel very close to town center.
L.My wife and I cannot praise or recommend the Hacienda Motor Lodge highly enough. With no prior reservation we were welcomed by Elwyn and Suzy. Nothing was too much trouble and our unit was luxurious and tastefully decorated, clean and spacious at a very reasonable rate. Our friendly hosts went above and beyond the call of duty and were extremely helpful with local information and suggested great places to visit while in the area. The Hacienda is definitely top of our list in Palmerston North.
S.Spent our wedding night here. Our hosts were outstanding. Our room was beautifully presented, clean nd modern. The motel is close to the CBD.

J.We have stay here now maybe 10 times with work. The rooms are super clean and very modern and every time we come back they have new beds or TV etc. Mark and Belynda carnt do enough for us and seem very proud of what they have achieved. Plexipave NZ woudnt stay anywhere else in Palmy 10/10.
J.Suzanne at Hacienda was brilliant when it came to booking my 88 year old mother and aunt in. My mother was due to have surgery at the hospital nearby and Suzanne arranged everything so that they had a very comfortable and stress free stay. Nothing was too much trouble - even supply in an evening meal so they didn't have to go out at night. Thanks again Suzanne
