A.Really nice little unit with great spa bath. Good selection of toiletries provided. I especially liked the pretty patterned crockery. Such a nice change from the usual boring white plates. We would happily stay here again. Close to the beach and has children's play area as well.

S.Lovely, quiet, extremely clean motel which is very handy to Paraparaumu Beach, shops and restaurants. We have stayed here twice and each time it's been great. The manager is very accommodating and always asks if there's anything else we need (we have 3 little ones) but everything is so well-catered and set up that staying here is a breeze! Kids love the trampoline in the playground too. Our bed was really comfy which was a plus after a big day of driving! Thanks Ocean Motel for a lovely stay!
J.We had a newer unit and were very impressed with it. Clean and well presented with a lovely spa bath, and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location-within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and cafes, and small shopping centre.
A.Host went out of his way accommodating us . The room was large tidy comfortable and shower was fantastic with high pressure. Family really enjoyed large TV and sky for viewing pleasure
k.Could do with air con in the room. Being summer period & so muggy at night leaving the door a jar, is not a good idea. On my arrival at the office, I wasn't sure if I was walking into the Kapiti Resene paint shop or the Hotel Reception office - there were can's of paint pile up in front of reception desk - not a good sight for customers to see (I saw the can of paint before I notice the receptionist at the desk). But hey the shower was nice & clean bed was comfy - and thank you for the Hershey nuts it help with the Kapiti women's triathlon I was competing in. Next year (yes next year) I'll book the room with the spa in it.. I wonder how much extra would that cost - Kia ora to the dude behind the can of paint reception desk -
J.This is the best motel in Paraparaumu by far. The room was excellent, the staff are lovely, there's plenty of parking and the price won't be beat. If you need a motel in Paraparaumu and you don't stay here you're missing out.

D.The room was nice and clean. Carparking was a little bit difficult. There is a bit of a walk to the beach, so not sure if Ocean Motel would be appropriate.
D.If you're in Paraparaumu you definitely have to stay here, room was excellent, staff were more than willing to go the extra mile to help us out with anything we needed. 5 stars.

J.(Translated) Definitely the best accommodation I've ever experienced on the North Island of New Zealand! I had a very good feeling from the first entrance to the reception. The Lord was very helpful, the rooms for accommodation were spacious, perfectly clean, the kitchen was richly equipped. Moreover, the motel is located in a very pleasant walking distance from the sea and shops and restaurants. The price / performance ratio is clearly the highest value. Certainly recommend! 😎🐧

Jednoznačně nejlepší ubytování, které jsem zažil na severním ostrově Nového Zélandu! Měl jsem velice dobrý pocit od prvního vstupu do recepce. Pán byl velmi ochotný, samotné prostory pro ubytování byly prostorné, perfektně čisté, kuchyňka bohatě vybavená. Motel je navíc umístěn ve velice příjemné docházkové vzdálenosti od moře i obchodů a restaurací. Poměr cena - výkon zde má jednoznačně nejvyšší hodnotu. Určitě doporučuji! 😎🐧
