Unfortunately my friends had the 4 poster bed and said it was very uncomfortable. We had noise from upstairs in our room.
g. b.We were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the rooms at Tudor Manor. The host Simon, was very helpful and had a great knowledge of fine eateries and activities in the area. A perfect spot to get away from it all, and so quiet. Very handy to the beach and shopping precincts. We had so much to do, and returned too late to make use of the lovely spa and swimming pools. We really loved the themed rooms, and the host had equipped the room with lots of games in case of bad weather. Very nice stay.
A. J.We stayed with Simon this past September on a large trip. The room booked was for 5 people. We had wonderful views daily, it’s quiet and tucked away and super close to all amenities. Simon was great to chat with and knows the area around which was really helpful. We also 2 pair of gloves behind accidentally which Simon sent down to Christchurch for us to pick up. Honestly the best experience and couldn’t ask for a better host!

Parking was a pain. No overhead reading lights over the bed. No tea towel to dry dishes. The set of stairs for people over 70 was annoying.
T. D.Fantastic B&B. Booked at the last minute. Hosts were very accommodating and room was immaculate. Away from traffic noise down a quiet coldersac not far from the beach. Fully self contained and very private. Highly recommended.
S. S. S.I'll start with the most important bit: Good firm mattress and powerful shower. Simon was so helpful and accommodating, despite our unlucky and inconvenient circumstances. Lovely clean, thoughtfully decorated rooms stocked with goodies.
J. Y. J. S.Great stay, very family friendly. Has a playground with slide & swing. Pool is about 1.2 meters deep. We were allowed to use the pool & spa until past 11pm. Happy to stay again.
C.Nice and quiet, even though it's close to the main road we never heard any traffic at all. The main shops are a short stroll away. The room we stayed in was well fitted out and had everything you could possibly need, and the host is available to provide more should you need it.
