G.Staff- Paras at reception was very friendly and professional.
Room Service- Rooms were clean serviced everyday on request.
View- Lake and mountain view was amazing from room number 3.
Parking- Couldn’t find spot at one night. Luckily had a small car that night so parked in non parking space.
D.Super clean, we had a recently renovated studio apartment with an amazing view and everything needed to feel comfortable for a few days.
Parking provided although its within walking/riding distance of QTN central as well. Friendly service to boot, good spot.
C.Rooms are poorly maintained. We had to change rooms due plumbing issues. Wifi keeps cutting out. Mold on curtains etc.
Functional but room for improvement.
L.A bit of a climb with 3 levels of external stairs but well worth it. Views mesmerising. Cute, warm, loved the bath, well appointed and mostly clean but please check bedside drawers for nasty surprises. Good off season rates. Host very welcoming.
M.Had an awesome stay, great view. Just a little bit of noise from the road. Double glazed window's would fix that and conserve the heat in the rooms. Other than that fantastic stay and loved we could take our dog with us.
R.The place was clean and well maintained. The service was great! We really liked the view as its just opposite the lake and so close to city centre which is really handy. Definitely staying back whenever visit queenstown and 100% recommended.

S.Lovely motel with amazing views across the lake. We had a great room, newly decorated with mini kitchen. The only member of staff we saw was doing great job, very hardworking and friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this motel and would visit again.

The room is spacious, has a kitchen with basic equipment and a bathroom with a floor heating which is great in winter.

J.Colonial Village is a really quaint set of Character Accommodations only a quick 20 minute walk from town. It has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains, and free parking. The free WiFi was a bit spotty in some areas, but seemed to work fine for the majority of the time. We really enjoyed the kitchenette facilities that allowed us to make a lot of our own meals. (The knife could definitely use a sharpener however). We enjoyed the cute style of the room, and some of the updated features in the bathroom. However, whoever designed the bathroom should be shot, as the shower area is under the sloped side of the roof. :p One final constructive criticism; given the age of the buildings and the proximity to the main road...for weather, noise, and electricity usage, I would recommend insulating. It can easily be done without ruining the look and feel, and would definitely help keep your costs down and customers happy in the long run.
Would recommend this place as we had a nice stay; and Anna from the front desk was really friendly, helpful, fun and professional.

B.Good view of the surrounding hills. Parking very tight. Lots of steps to get to your room especially if you are at the very very top. The bed up against the wall is a pain for the person against it. Not as clean as I would have hoped with some mould in the bathroom. The wi-fi was spotty.
j.We had the best time, the motel is fabulous and the views were amazing, they even let us have our elderly dog stay with us. We will definitely be coming back again and staying here each time we come to Queenstown

Honestly i recommend this motel.
J.The views are quite fantastic. Lots of stairs but the staff are very helpful. Place is not new, but it is clean and comfortable. Friendly manager and cleaner. This is not the first time we have come here and we will come again.
