W.If you want to be in the heart of queenstown, this is the place to stay. Very convenient and beautiful views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. We fit four adults into a 2-bed (queen size) room for 3 nights comfortably. Bathroom was clean as well and shower pressure was good. Also, the complimentary breakfast was so lovely and went beyond expectations.
10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Came down for our 10th wedding anniversary and found a great deal this time.
Stayed in the lake view room for 2 nights before the Routeburn track then 2 nights in the suite after our hike, valet and breakfast included in our deal.
Service was outstanding, lake view room was huge and comfortable and the suite was next level.
Walk across the road to village and wharf, would highly recommend this establishment.

K.We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza QT for our 18th wedding anniversary. Our room was ready when we arrived (early), and we had a tremendous view out over the lake. The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean and had everything you need.
Staff were lovely when we interacted with them, helpful and friendly. We didn't use the inhouse dining this trip, as the location is so fab, walking distance to everywhere you need to go in the centre.
Would def stay again - the balcony was the best for hanging out, watching all the exciting stuff on the lake. And being located opposite the Steamer Wharf means it was a minute to the best bar ever, Little Blackwood!
