D.We loved our stay at this Holiday Inn!
On arrival, we were greeted warmly and were upgraded to a better room than what we had booked.
The room was spacious and very clean. The same for the dining room where breakfast is served - great buffet options and we were also served plates of hot food on some days.
Great location, plenty of parking and they have great Covid procedures for housekeeping. Amazing views from the room!
Rutu from the front desk was so friendly and so was Cris every morning at breakfast - these two ladies were so smiley even at 7am.

B.Me and my partner had stayed here for 4 nights, every staff member we had approached were super friendly and made our stay feel so comfortable. The breakfast here is so yummy was one of favorites. The view from our room was spectacular. They had made exceptions for us because we thought dinner started at 8 but it finished at 8, but they said well still take your order if you come down so yup they did and it was so yummy big up to the chef and kitchen hand, also our waiter that night was super nice and made our dinner stay very welcoming. We loved both reception ladies we encountered with throughout our stay. Anything we needed they always came through with helping hands. Just one of of best stays we've been too and we have been to alot thank you all.

C.Adequate sized room and ensuite, with above average spec'ed interior, but when you look closer there are some unusual features. In our room, there was no obvious way to switch on the extractor fan in the ensuite, and one of the wheels for the bed was broken. The room was tidy and clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

A.Loved our stay at this brand new hotel! The room was super modern and quiet - really well sound-proofed, it was the best sleep we had gotten in ages! V.Really loved friendly staff of the reception and restaurant. I checked in with a baby and the rooms didn’t have acess with a pram. There was some kind of a wooden bridge that you could throw on the stairs, which I had to do every time we went for a walk or food, and someone put it away every time as well. Considering it was a rainy weekend that’s not the most hygienic and safe way to move around with a pram. The room was clean, but the mattress quite hard with two separate comforters of electric blankets (didn’t see what it was), obviously making a ditch just in the middle of the bed. Very little storage in the bathroom, even no place for the hair drier - found it in one of the table stands. After the cleaning I found the hair drier pluged in and the plug on just next to the wet sink. The cleaning took place at 2-3 pm just when we returned after being absent since 10 am. The dishes seemed just rinsed, undried as there was a tea stain in the cups. Selection of teas could be better as well - EB, green w lemon and can’t recall what’s the 3rd one and that’s it. Spa area is ridiculous - the door was wide open so the whole room was cold, dark and just terrible. The jacuzzi temperature is 38 degrees which is according to staff is xtra hot, however it’s actually a bathing temperature. No room to get changed, as the doors are see through and anyone can walk in as well. 2 private jacuzzis are ridiculously small, old, broken headrests and a plastic chair to hang your things.
