K.Excellent new hotel concept, the lobby area and bar is relaxing and modern. Rooms are well appointed and clean, service was exceptional and friendly at a time when there weren't a lot of guests in house. Secure parking underground and an excellent gym for guest use. Proximity to the airport and Frankton is A+ with a nice cafe across the road, highly recommend
S.Such a great hotel in Queenstown. Newly built so everything was immaculate.
Staff were awesome. Mat the General Manager greeted us as we arrived which was a nice touch.
Breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start our day.
I will definitely go back.
J.My partner and I stayed here between the 13th - 18th of December. Upon check-in the two younger receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. The room was very tidy and nicely styled. We loved the focus on recyclable products. The cleaners did an awesome job as we accidentally dropped a wine glass. They were very quick to come and clean it up for us and replace the broken glass. The hotel restaurant by the lobby is a must visit also. Overall all of the hotel staff were amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Cheers team.

s.Wonderfully comfortable beds . It was out of queenstown but had everything we needed. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was closed due to covid but it wasn't a problem as other restaurants and bars where in walking distance. Highly recommend
