The most beautiful place to stay! So stunning, away from town so that’s it peaceful and quiet, but close enough to drive whenever you need. Amazing spa facilities, beautiful pool, spa, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and great gym. Rooms are clean and lovely with picturesque views of the shot over river and mountains. In house restaurant is a highlight with the most amazing views and great food. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Went to their sauna and the restaurant. The restaurant was really nice. Would really recommend their "on the grill" menu. Meat was perfectly cooked and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant was empty which was also nice to eat in the quiet. Staff were very friendly. They have a steam and a normal sauna, and a small pool, all in quite a fancy looking marbled place. Looks very nice, the view opens up at the shotover river, good place to chill.

Dated rooms. Plus our room was full of bugs as someone must have left a door open the night before we got there. Nice and friendly housekeeper came in to spray the room but she need to use A LOT of fly spray. No body wash in the shower. The indoor pool area is nice with spa, sauna, steam room and changing rooms but it needs to be regularly mopped as it is slippery. Restaurant has a lovely view.

The location was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and had excellent customer service. We had a massage which was excellent, the outdoor private SPA is the cherry on the cake with a beautiful lookout. A big shout out to Simon for sending me my pants which I forgot in my room, via courier. Thank you, Simon, Ashwin and Janiya you all were great and we will definitely come back and hopefully in August with our three children.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but came in for the spa/sauna and restaurant. There’s only one spa/jacuzzi (plus 3 private spas), but also a cold water pool as well as a sauna and steam room. The spa had a few leaves in it. The restaurant had great views and the food was delicious, although quite pricey (mains were around $40). Although the restaurant was empty when we arrived, we waited around 45 minutes for the food to come.

Really nice views and rooms very comfortable beds and really delicious foods. The waitress and the room service are really kind and I recommend coming here but very great view of the mountains 😃

Lovely stay. Amazing river view room, delicious food and friendly staff. We were able to walk to nearby Onsen Pools and the Broken Heart Gin Garden. There is also a Beer Garden nearby and is close to the Shotover Jet. Spa facilities are great and there is ample free parking.

I hate to give them 3 stars, such a nice hotel. Views are amazing, spacious rooms, friendly staff, yummy food and abundance of facilities, but what's missing? I think they are missing a most important thing. Their beds are awful (at least room no 310), I've been to hostels, I've been to most basic hotels but never felt uncomfortable as this. The torturing spring mattress made me want to sleep on the couch instead.

Room was very tidy with great views. Also the staff were very friendly (particularly the Kiwi-Chinese gentlemen). The only downside would be the restaurant; we had 2 breakfasts and dinner there and while the food was above average, the average time it took for meals was above 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again but probably won't go to their restaurant. The gym was a plus especially with the views and the big window for the winter breeze!

There’s a lot of things that you can do in the hotel itself (spa, pool, private hot tub, private cinema). The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast selections.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to covid19 so this review is based on customer service. Harish Kumar the general manager provided top service for sure! He was compassionate and so kind during the whole process from the very start from making reservations down to requesting a refund everything was done so smoothly. If customer service is important to you then I'd highly recommend Nugget Point Hotel and speaking to Harish Kumar directly Awesome service keep it up 👏

This is a great Hotel with excellent facilities and very reasonable prices. The staff are super efficient, friendly and helpful. The dining room has good food at reasonable prices as well. There is a swimming pool area with a pool, a hot tub, a spa a sauna. Everything that you need to relax. Spa baths in the bathrooms are also a feature. The only negative would be that it looked a bit aged in places. May be a good time for a spruce up.

Staff were fantastic! And the food is incredible. Missing a few expected amenities in the rooms (toothbrush, robes). Use of the spa is great, however if you're booking this for the pool be aware it is a plunge pool not swimming pool and is therefore not heated.

Staff were amazing. Always asked if there was anything we needed. Very clean room and spa area. Meals were fantastic. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere. Bar service excellent. Highly recommend. Well done to all the staff and spa staff. Will definitely return

We couldn't upgrade our room to river view as there was no availability. Recommend to book river view room as the views were very scenic and beautiful. Views from restaurant was awesome, amazing food and friendly service. However, some of the food order from the menu was not available all the three days we stayed. Although the room was big and well equipped, beds were very uncomfortable. Room was never cleaned throughout our stay, which was very annoying, hence 1 star less. Otherwise, enjoyed the spa, movie room and the outdoor hot tub - suggest to pre book hot tub during holiday period. Hot popcorn was a bonus in the movie room which was very kind and thoughtful. Great thanks for the staff. Enjoyed our stay despite of few issues mentioned.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great river view from the restaurant and room! Recommend doing the hot tub at night if there is a clear sky. Great work team, will come back next time.

Staff were great all round. And the kitchen put in an extra effort to get our cooked breakfasts out in time for us to catch our flights. Helpful and friendly hotel manager there. This hotel would have truly been a Grand lady when it first opened. It's showing some signs of tiredness now but it's still pretty good and the River views remain as pretty as ever. Be aware the 2 bedroom river view unit is right next to the dining area and it is the only 2 bedroom unit in the hotel (fab river views). There was no issue with noise but if you are seated in your balcony area, you will be in view of the restaurant guests and vice versa. The shower for the master bedroom has plenty of pressure, great shower. The room door for the back bedroom needs a proper latch, as it can pop open from the pressure change if you open the main apartment door quickly. Children in there would be ok, but might not be so good if you have a couple sleeping in that room - suggest putting something, such as a bag, behind that room door when sleeping, if the latch hasn't been changed. Fabulous views from the restaurant, which has a nice classic feel about it. Would have been 5 stars, if not for some of the things mentioned above. Parking was fine, free carparks from around 20 to 50 metres from the hotel entrance.

Classic style entrance that felt very old, but still quite charming. The room we had (mountain view) was very spacious with a massive and extremely comfy bed. Pillows tried to smother me when I lay on them. Furniture was a bit dated but still had some character. The fridge is tiny and had no milk or water. Generally tidy but the bathroom could have had a little extra care and attention. Shower gel only on a wall mount. Reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was as you would expect. The restaurant dinner was nice, service was a little slow. Be sure to give very clear instruction on how you want your steak cooked because I’ll bet it will be medium to medium rare no matter what you ask for. But tasty enough. The restaurant views are very nice indeed. Good gym and spa. Location is about 10 mins drive from the city centre, so not too bad. Also, just a few hundred metres away is a nice little pub/brewery if you want to change things up.

Amazing spot with a fantastic team of people running it. Had a great stay here and the views are just perfect.

Staff were really helpful and went above and beyond, we got a special breakfast because we were the only ones in for breakfast on our 2nd morning and it was so much great food! The meals were delicious, the room was super comfy with an amazing view of the river, and the spa area is like walking into a Roman bath hall. Highly recommended!

A real home from home experience with all the 4star hotel amenities and pleasures. Value for money and heaps to do if you aren’t travelling around Queenstown. Food in the restaurant is fabulous but make sure you get your order in soon cause they did run out of the goat curry when I ordered. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for an awesome holiday and will definitely see you soon - hopefully during winter to see the snow😊😊👍

I booked a night here for my mum’s 50th. The staff were super welcoming and even said happy birthday to her. It was a really nice touch that they left a letter and a gift on her bed, that made her feel super special. I was really impressed with the effort. The restaurant and spa were excellent and the views from the hotel were beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would 100% recommend to others.

My husband and I love it here. A true feeling of a mountain lodge. Great staff. Great location out of queenstown but Arthurs Point has plenty going on. The hotel itself has a fantastic restaurant and the goat curry is one of the best things I've ever eaten and the deserts are worth every penny. So the rooms aren't flash but the spa bath and views well make up for that snd the fact that you have a day spa at your disposal? Well worth it. The steam room is dreamy! Thanks for having us. We'll be back!

Great experience in the Spa. My girlfriend received a "magical" massage and one of the best she's ever had. Spa was super clean and lots of different facilities. The cool pool was amazing after a few minutes in the sensational steam room. Some kids from the hotel got into the Spa on their own to destroy the peace and quiet but within minutes staff from the spa were onto them and asked them to leave. Very attentive - thank you. Excellent service from making by booking all the way through to leaving the spa... One of the most relaxing places in Queenstown and cant wait to go back. Thank you to the staff. And as for those negative reviews below... don't take any notice of them. People complaining for the sake of complaining. Queenstown has a massive issues with shortages of work force and extreme lack of customers - businesses are doing the best the can with what they have. If lunch isn't provided on a certain day - then so be it. Theres a pandemic on - Deal with it. Judging by the date of the review, I assume their stay was massively discounted compared to normal pricing. What more could you want? and there is definitely more than one place to go to for lunch around the area. Jeez - you're in Queenstown - go out an explore!!! There must be a thousand choices of places to eat. Unbelievable.

We had a fantastic time, a view of the shotover river from our windowsill. The staff were so welcoming and had really useful advise on places to visit. Short walk from Onsen hot pools and 10min drive to Qtown. Would love to stay there again. :)

I'd give this a 4.5 star if it was possible. Squishy bed let it down, as did the distance from the carpark to the room. Lovely room, spectacular view - well worth paying the extra for vs garden view room. In-house cinema that can be hired for free, using the DVDs available at reception. Very helpful staff.

Amazing! Had the best massage and enjoyed spending time in the spa area! Absolutely loved our room and the beautiful view and the food from the Kanuka Kitchen was delicious! And really lovely staff! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here on the $1 spa special, saving $250 on spa massage treatment (total per room, which was easily achieved by a couples one hour massage). The spa facilities were lovely with a great sauna and steam room, and a spa pool with a view. We could use the facilities all day as we were staying but you could otherwise purchase two hours for $25 per person. The room was fairly large with a large pretty comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly. The hotel is let down by small touches that are a bit drab and messy.

Genuinely the nicest staff. The food was incredible, and the rose showers, baths, and spa were heavenly. You can tell that there’s a lot of history there, and the views from the kitchen all make for a humbling beautiful and welcoming experience!

Motel style rooms in a very nice setting with gardens etc. rather than directly bare at the roadside. Rating between 3 and 4 stars. Rooms are very large but can use an upgrade in terms of furniture and bathrooms. Also cleanliness of room and especially bathroom requires improvement. The main entrance is dated. Staff are competent and very friendly and service minded. Restaurant overlooks the valley and this view is very impressive and keeps your attention as regularly fast boats pass by. We at at the restaurant and the risotto ordered was good. A good property / location and with a lot of potential but requires some upgrading investments

Very friendly staff who were happy to help with whatever we needed. Beautiful scenery and great rooms. Pool facilities were also outstanding, would definitely recommend. They even let me keep a couple of vintage Nat Geo magazines because they are good sorts

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, inviting and professional. The food was delicious and the menu had good choices. I will definitely recommend this hotel. The spa made you feel like a Goddess. The outside spa was the highlight of the stay. Probably the best place in Queenstown. Will definitely be back.

Great view from balcony, lovely old style hotel , amazing extra king size bed ! Great food as well ! Unfortunately the Europe reception girl not very friendly at all ,no smile at all , not as good as other hotels we went for ! Especially This morning when we check out , we asked for little questions about our food bill , she was very unhappy and impatient ! What the feeing at that moment is we don't want to come back again ! :( Another thing is the swim pool was cold water !

We were there during off-peak, so they offered us free upgrade to a suite with amazing view of the Shotover River. Room was spacious and clean, with separate shower and spa bath tub. The entrance doesn't look special, but once you get in, it looks completely different. It's so relaxing to sip a cup of coffee at the balcony enjoying the impressive view. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from the riverview rooms. They are currently doing some construction work which isn't too disturbing and is probably a positive as the hotel while expensively decorated, could do with a little updating. We are yet to try the spa facilities.

1 week into a 2 week stay. Superb hotel. My first concern is always cleanliness and this place delivers. Rooms are gorgeous. Even the marble tiles in the bathroom are heated! TV in room is staticy and picture isn't clear, front desk looked at it twice with no improvement. The private cinema were you can book for free to watch a DVD is just luxurious and comfortable and they provide free popcorn. Gym is well outfitted and you have free use of pool, sauna, spa and steam room. Unfortunately the spa & steam room isn't working right now. Judging by other reviews they never work. :( Concierge at desk is super helpful. Restaurant is lovely but expensive. Tip. Spend the little extra and get the river view room, you won't regret it.

Stayed here for many years, Winter mainly, great old style hotel and location for skiing.

We stayed here last year and just LOVED it. We still think of our stay often. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the location is convenient, the pool area is well-kept, and the spa is fantastic. It's just brilliant all-round! A little old-fashioned, if anything, but so worth the stay.

Wonderful hotel, really enjoyed our stay, rooms were incredible with spectacular views. Staff were very friendly, especially Shu and her partner Tom Cruise. Couldnt be more helpful...We will be back soon!

I went to the day spa here. It was absolutely fabulous. Probably the best days spa I I have ever been to. If you have a treatment, you can also have access to the Roman bath, plunge pool and hot tub. My facial was amazing, and the staff are super friendly. You know it's going to be a great place when the front door has gold handles!

Room very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view over the river. Bathroom was lovely with a spa. Not including the spa/steam/heated pool/sauna amenities (Awesome after a long days skiing). Only 5 mins drive from Queenstown. For the price, best place to stay in Queenstown. I will be back.

Great views of the Shotover River and relatively modern hotel and rooms. Just be warned if you're a light sleeper, the curtains don't keep out enough light and the jet boats start at around 7:30am which can wake you. Shame the rooms and general maintenance hasn't been maintained to a higher level. No complimentary water in the bar fridge. The room service was questionable at times and you have to let them know you want your room made up, not the other way around. The pool and spa area is nice and would highly recommend their Burmese restaurant

Very elegant, warm and comfortable hotel. The location is a bit remote if you don't have your own transport. Superb facilities from pool to spa to steam room. I had my very own Hollywood studio make up room and the sunken bath was sooooo relaxing after a hard day of skiing.

The hotel itself is very cozy and nestled in between the trees around Queenstown not quite within the city centre which is good for people who'd prefer some quiet. The hotel has obviously been kept quite up to date with some design considerations and furnishing still remaining a bit dated. One thing you should know though is the rooms are large and some have balconies, staff are friendly and great, bathrooms are big and nicely lit with both showers and tubs, but the rooms do not have any air-conditioning should you feel the need for some warm days in the summer.

My husband and I stayed here in September 2019 for a 4 day get away, we were so impressed. The hotel has an old world feeling about it with grand details like an open fire place in the reception, the rose shower and roman feeling pool to the marble vanity in the bathroom. We had room overlooking the river - WOW. What an incredible and special spot. The Spa was lovely with very good massages and the pool / spa was such a nice way to end the day after a trip up to Cardrona. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location wise - it was far enough away from Qtown to feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle but close enough to Uber into town for dinner or a night out. We will be back!

Nice place. Very nice atmosphere and design. Really good massage place. The pool area was good but some things need repairs. Broken tiles and useless shower heads in the pool area. Rooms were very average but not a deal breaker. Heater is abit poor. Regardless of the downsides it is still a good place.

Stayed here for one night in August. The view is amazing and the staff were lovely. Location is amazing and the lobby with the gold handled doors and crackling open fire was very impressive. Unfortunately the hotel felt a bit dated and unloved once you got out of the lobby. There seemed to be a plumbing issue with the toilets. The rooms were all white and quite bland. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The chipped empty plant pots outside had nothing in them. The toiletries were two large, unpleasant smelling bottles full of cheap bodywash, I assume designed to stop guests from pinching them. The shower head was about nose height for me (a female). The restaurant menu wasn't as good as the menu for room service, but we weren't allowed to eat our room service meal in the restaurant, even when most of the tables were unoccupied. The gym has stunning views, but the equipment must be at least 20 years old. The squash court was good, and the pool/spa facility was impressive, even if some of the mosaic tiles were missing. I suspect THC haven't invested enough in it. It's a nice hotel, but for the money we paid I expected it to feel more luxurious, and less old and tired.

A gem of a hotel! Really friendly staff with a view on Shotover river! Can highly recommend the river view! The spa is amazing, it has a sauna, steaming room, hot tub and a really nice pool with an amazing view! U can spend hours there - one of the best hotel spas we ever found! The gym is fully equipped, bringing you into top shape if you want. Some of the rooms are a bit old, but still super fine! Breakfast is good, the continental has unlimited coffee and tea included, but a limited availability of fruits however and no sausage and cheese, but you can also order a la carte. Highly recommend the hotel!!

The room is big and the toilet is clean. It’s quite comfort staying here. But there is limited choice for breakfast. Sausage, bacon, hash brown, boiled egg, yogurt with fresh fruit, toast, coffee and tea - these are all you can get.

Our experience here was great! Me and my husband started to love this place already. Staffs are so friendly. They have a good service. And the over looking views was so stunning! I mostly recommended this place for couple.

Very comfortable and nice accommodation located only a short driving distance from Coronet Peak and opposite the bus stop. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and meals at the restaurant. Would definitely stay here is we are ever back in Queenstown.

Went here for the outdoor spa and indoor pool after a long day at the slopes and was not disappointed at all. There isn't much of a view but the ambience of the place is on point. I highly recommend anyone to come here if they missed out for bookings for the Onsen because it's affordable and perfect for relaxation. 🌟 5/5 for making us feel boujee on a budget 🌟

Just arrived to this beautiful boutique hotel! Thank you Craig for waiting on our arrival at 10pm with such a warm welcoming. He even upgraded our room to a river view! Bed super comfy and the atomsphere is amazing! Highly recommended.

The views are fantastic and 5 star quality .. But they have let the rooms get work out. All the chairs were falling part, the sofa was torn. Rather disappointing, considering we expected a high quality boutique hotel. They really should spend some money to make the room furniture be upto date.

This place left me a bit confused, to be honest. Based on the looks of it, everything says high-end, luxurious, exclusive. Yet the service lacks the attentiveness you expect. We dined at the hotel restaurant where we had to wait quite a while before someone came to help us, even though the place was practically empty. The food was good but not special. We wanted to order room service for breakfast, but the options were so unclear, we decided to go down to the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was actually nice, but again, service was a bit disappointing. All in all, an OK experience which is a shame because I think this place has a lot of potential.

What an amazing place. The advantage of not being in the city centre. The restaurant is beautiful as you look out that window, there are snow covered mountains. Fortunately, my fiancé and I are in good physical shape because there is no elevator and we had to lug our 50pound suitcases down the stairs to our room.

Loved staying here. Views were amazing from the bar, room was great and very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, close to both Queenstown and Coronet for skiing, but most points go to the fascilities. Took advantage of the spa and sauna every day, so relaxing!. Definately would stay here again.😆

The bed was uncomfortable (like ply wood on springs) which is disappointing as we booked one of the nicer rooms with the lake view. While the staff were really nice we were woken up late and night and early in the morning (before sunrise!) By a child related to one of the staff running up and down the halls while talking loudly. We could also smell smoke coming from the non smoking rooms on each side of us. Our TV was crackling and had a poor picture.

We love staying at Nugget Point, and stay here every time we visit Queenstown. The rooms (river view room) are quite spacious with amazing views of the river and mountains. Nugget Point has a day spa, pool, sauna and spa, which is very nice. The restaurant and bar have an amazing view of the mountains and river. Considering all the facilities and stunning location, It is probably the best value hotel in Queenstown.

Recently refurbished, Nugget Point deserves a top rating. Pay the extra, book a room with a river view and sit back and enjoy genuine world class scenery. Rooms are well appointed, bed was comfortable and the on site Burmese restaurant is excellent. Our favourite place to stay and only 5 minutes drive from the town centre.

Loved visiting Nugget Point to use their private spa service. View was great and dinner afterwards at their restaurant was delicious and good value! Staff were friendly and helpful.

We arrived a week ago, we were impressed when we arrived. The waterfall shower appeared to be hot water only The front of the premises looks amazing. Very friendly staff. The walls were paper thin so heard people snoring and coughing all night. Seem to have a limited staff.

The view alone was the best place to get nails done. Staff lovely & good at what they do. Don't forget your togs for pool & hot tub & saunas & an array of showers!

The Nugget Point hotel was once a five star ski resort and it still has the trappings of that past grandeur. Today her dress isn't as fresh and like an old human not everything works quite right but you get that five star atmosphere and view at a three star price. We really enjoyed our stay and were happy with the staff and environment.

Lovely Hotel. Room was superb. King sized bed, huge spa bath, plenty of storage for clothes etc. and stunning views. Hotel has a spa facility with bookable treatments, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. Restaurant on site which served delicious food although a little pricey to eat there often

10-15 mins drive from Queenstown center, plenty on site parking spots. Great customer service and late check in till 11 pm. Swipe card security but one room only been given one card. Large bed, cozy atmosphere and view, all facility you will need. Really nice place to stay if you drive.

The room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and ever so helpful. We were told that the outlets were checked, and that the repair *** had reported that they were working fine. You were so nice to talk and joke with and really made us feel great.

Good price and value. A most pleasing aspect of our stay was the very friendly staff who were all extremely helpful advising us about the area. I understand that we arrived early, but the hotel should not bother to offer these services on a website when they clearly have no clue about customer service.

A very nice hotel out of Queenstown. Room was clean and tidy but was missing a bottle opener, wine glasses and beer glasses. The staff are what make it and all the guys on reception were brilliant and joined in daily banter. I am guessing this may be due to the rather remote location of the hotel.

Great facilities and staff. Older hotel, but that makes a little bit of luxury affordable. Loved the hotel supplied kiwi scented shampoo and body wash. The downside with the restaurant was that there was nothing cheap and simple if you did not want the fancy fare.

We stayed here at the brand new apartments and they are absolutely stunning. Beautiful furnishings, amazing views of the mountains, super clean and modern. We will stay again.

Had a Rivers Of Gold treatment at the spa and it was an amazing moment! Maria was extremely attentive to my needs (being pregnant) and very gentle. The premises are incredibly luxurious with a huge hot pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by marble floors and a stunning view above shotover river. Everything is relaxing! I can’t wait to try the individual outdoor hot pools 😄. I higly recommend the spa for any treatment.

Really great place to stay. Very beautiful location. Only downside is its a bit of a hike from town centre and taxi costs quite a bit. Would be great to have a shuttle bus back from town late at night.

Excellent breakfast yesterday for Mums 86th birthday...They gave us a table next to the window so we could see the amazing views over the valley and the Shotover River (about 80-100 feet below) complete with the jet boats running. The restaurant is just very relaxing and peaceful, being irregularly shaped with ornate carved chairs and tables complimenting the other easy chairs near the bar. A really unique feel and look compared to other hotels restaurants...The service was excellent and welcoming with the Chef delivering his dishes to our table!..Far out!...which was better than I was expecting another "Excellent" btw... This is a real gem and I recommend it to any one looking for a warm welcome and unique surroundings and decor plus the food!... We loved staying at this hotel, it is beautiful nice place to end the day, a bit away from the hustle from the city and the facilities and staff are great. It does have a sense of peace, the views are great and so are the rooms

We stayed one night in this hotel, and I am happy it weren't any more. The place is beautiful and so on, but it's unpersonal. The restaurant is cold and the lady waiting there was not very quick. Nothing to complain, nut I would not be seen back here.

Had a great breakfast but that was quickly ruined by a heavy metal song that was on loop for 20mins. Fountain in the carpark was also not working with very little water in it and a dead bird inside. The place overall is nice but it definitely needs some money put back into it and some serious maintenance needs to be done.

A posh resort in Arthur’s Point about 10 minutes’ drive from Queenstown Pros: • Helpful and friendly desk staff • Very roomy • Complimentary gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub • Very good massage therapy treatments (for a charge) • A library of DVD movies available Cons: • Crappy wi-fi; it was slow and kept disconnecting • No lift to the second floor • No kitchen facilities in the garden view rooms; just a fridge • Restaurant service a bit lacking; often no staff around to query • Good mattress, but the pillows enveloped my head like a large white corpuscle

Wonderful experience . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pleasant and courteous staff. The view of Shot over river is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend Nugget Point

Hotel is great value for money but most of it it inclyde The Best Spa ever! Go check it out! And the Burmese restaurant is awesome as well, loved the tea salad.

Our stay was perfect had an amazing time will definitely be coming back, Customer service is 10/10 loses 2 stars because the restuarant food is below average, would recommend going else where for food and drinks

You can view the shotover river from the hotel. Shotover Jet is down the road and ten pin bowling games is just across the road.

Needs more wow for the price. Everything satisfactory. Bar closed by 10pm. Whole complex needs a good makeover. Very comfy bed!

10/10 views but the interior of the rooms needs to be taken care of. There wasn't hot water and the blankets were pretty dirty. The bed felt really cheap as well.
