N.Had an excellent stay at the Central Private Hotel Queenstown. Another excellent Naumi property that awakens the senses with artistic flair and character. The fantastic staff here welcome you and make you feel at home in the property. Big spacious rooms with amazing views on offer and only a short walk to the town centre.
K.Literally a few minutes walk to the town center and 10 minutes to the gondola. Oasis room lovely with balcony looking up to skyline. Super comfy bed and cozy room. From the scented toiletries, mood lighting and the little extras, it's well worth it.
G.Beautiful stay at the Naumi, highly recommend. Heaps of highlights including being only a minute or two walk from town, free drinks at happy hour where you can mix with other guests in the lounge, seeing tuis in the trees outside, not to mention the sauna and stunning mountain view looking towards the gondola from the room's balcony. The quirky decor is also quite charming.
K.Very friendly staff, an excellent room, super comfortable bed and very close to town. The downstairs lounge with daily happy hour of free drinks and nibbles and the steam sauna were both a lovely added bonus.
P.This is a lovely boutique hotel, our room was warm (we stayed in winter) and extremely comfortable. Furnishings were impeccable and luxurious (design-y details, velvety textures and REALLY good bed pillows). Super convenient location with free parking; we walked everywhere. A little bit special, if you like that sort of thing.
A.Cannot rave about this place enough! From the moment we arrive, the lady came in early to greet us and showed us around. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Went down stairs to the lounge area and was greeted with cookies, wine, and drinks for happy hour and not to mention the well prepared breakfast! Could not fault a thing. Absolutely loved the decor and the people managing! 10/10 would come again.
G.Mixed feelings about my stay here. Service was great cannot fault that, same with location it's right in town. However it definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite outdated and bathrooms quite old. Did not have a comfortable sleep and the matress felt old and worn in. I think what made this place ok in the end was the staff as they are amazing and helpful. With a bit of touch ups to changing bedding and updating bathrooms I'd say it would be a more comfy stay.
P.Great hotel! They're about a 2-minute walk to/from the city center and to/from bus stops so it's very convenient to stay here. Wifi is pretty fast. And there's a place to hang out in at the basement if you want to just relax at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room is big. We are definitely staying here again the next time we visit Queenstown.

T.Great little place really close to Centre of town with access to everything. We stayed in the Moonlight room, which had a lovely balcony view to the gondola and was tastefully furnished, cosy and quiet. We would have no hesitation in staying here again when back in Queenstown.
T.We recently stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and are so glad we did. The hotel is situated just outside the main shopping and tourist area but it is a very easy walk to get to the social hub of Queenstown. Wonderful home cooked breakfasts despite it saying it was continental fare. The staff are very helpful and approachable.
M.We found this place using wotif.co.nz. We booked our Luxury room for two nights as the hotel was offering an amazing deal on the website. The location of the hotel was so convenient in terms of getting to the main city streets: literally just a brisk walk away with famous burger places and top rated restaurants not far from the hotel. Glorious views of the snowy mountains surround the hotel making it a breathtaking place to stay and a quaint park is not far from the location of the street - perfect for a picnic and viewing the lake from the top. The receptionist was extremely helpful and intended to make our stay at Central Ridge as enjoyable as possible. With a quirky sense of humour and gracious personality she made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very warm, clean and cosy - everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as we needed since we were staying during the middle of winter. We highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is planning on staying in Queenstown. Thanks, Jenn (Australia).
M.Nice hotel boutique hotel within walking distance to Queenstown Mall, shops and eateries. Located near a park. Quiet but I find the room a tad stuffy and too warm even during cold nights with 5-7 degrees Cel temp outside. We have a room on the 2nd floor, there are no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Housekeeping was fantastic, but I felt that I had to give a lower star rating cos I found my clothing which I left on my bed, on the floors when I returned to the room.

T.From the moment we arrived our hostess Ailey greeted us warmly. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town down a nice garden/park path. Luxury at an affordable price. I've all ready recommended this place to all my friends and family and will definitely stay here again in the future.
N.The entrance and the corridors in this hotel smell like toilet... the room in the basement was decent but quite dark. The only thing I liked is a very comfortable common lounge. Location is good and they have free parking.
M.Really helpful staff, and great rooms. We stayed here before and after doing the Milford Track, and the staff kept some things behind the desk for us, and had them in our room the second time we checked in without us reminding them. Highly recommend.

T.We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Central Ridge Boutique Hotel. KJ and the team always at hand to offer advice on things to do. Cornflakes, muesli, diced fruits, homemade cakes as well as very well done omelette which was rich and filled with cheese.
T.My wife and I spent several nights in the honeymoon suite (which has an incredible view of the mountain and the Skyline Gondola) and we could not be happier. A short walk to the town centre allowed us to participate in ***y of the activities without needing a car. We will be back.
N.The room is fine but its a little but dark. Location wise is very good, just a short downhill walk to the town center. Parking is a challenge cos there are very limited lots within the compound and its always taken.
K.I was originally charged an extra 2.6% credit card fee that was not mentioned at all on the booking website. After a few emails back and forth they agreed to refund me and I would pay via EFTPOS on arrival. Should not have happened.
The Wi-Fi didn't work at all on first night. On the second night we discovered there was a hidden cap of 4.9 GB. Maybe I'm new-fashioned but Wi-Fi is the most important thing about a hotel to me.
The person showed us to our room and came in to the room with us to show us around. It was weird.
Only one roll of toilet paper.
Other than that it was fine.

T.(Translated) Very good value for money to stay in Queenstown, one of the most exclusive and expensive places in NZ. It is easy to walk to the small town center. The staff is friendly and will guide you willingly. The rooms are spacious. Some problems, however, to find a suitable parking place but the streets around are generally safe.

Très très bon rapport qualité-prix pour loger à Queenstown, un des endroits les plus huppés et donc chers de NZ. Il est aisé de se rendre dans le petit centre-ville à pied. Le personnel est aimable et vous aiguillera volontiers. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Quelques soucis néanmoins pour trouver une place de parking convenable mais les rues aux alentours sont généralement sûres.
