V.This is a spectacular 5- Star hotel with top level service, professional and welcoming staff, delicious food and located right in the middle of Queenstown's beautiful waterfront shopping and dining area! Our suite was gorgeous and large. Spotlessly clean room and large beautiful bathroom. Wonderfully spacious closet area as well. It felt like a home instead of a hotel. We will definitely return!!!

K.My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Spire. The staff were great and always available, the room was spacious and immaculately clean and the location is great. The only down side was the bed was very soft and not very comfortable but would still stay again

R.Awesome stay. The room was spacious, modern and luxurious and extremely today. Hospitality is first-class. Breakfast was included and it's open until 11am. You can even have them deliver it via room service. There is 24-hot service with late night menus available for room service. Being located in the middle of the Queenstown action makes this place extremely convenient to get around by foot. The balconies that overlook the lane of pubs makes for entertaining people watching. The valet parking service is also a great service for when you want to get mobile outside of the city. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has every detail right. Everything is considered carefully for the guest. Awesome service, excellent breakfast, and super location. Love, love and love it.
A.Rented for the first week of the school holidays, september 2020. This is a super hotel, located centrally, with just the best staff, who are all wonderfully helpful, warm and welcoming. The (Spire) suite was super chic, with a gas fire and heated bathroom floors for those cooler Queenstown days and nights.

The location could not have been more perfect, we had a front room looking out to the mountains and I can fully recommend.
From the minute we stepped into the hotel to the moment we checked out the staff were so friendly and attentive . The staff went above and beyond for us; we had a very early tour booked and they went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast arranged.
Thank you to everyone at the Spire, We will be for sure telling everyone about our amazing stay!!
T.The hotel room itself was very clean. Very helpful desk staff. The balcony from our suite had great views of the lake and mountains surrounding the area. Decorated with great taste and every whim catered for it'll be hard to beat. The bed and pillows to die for. The experience had been very enjoyable.
T.The hotel is in a really great location. The rooms were very nicely decorated. Went out of their way to make our the stay exceptional. Really good interactions with guest services prior to my visit. After doing allot of walking its nice to come back to a very comfortable bed. Thank you Will.
U.3Nov16 This is a review of the ground floor Board room. It is excellent. Walk in entrance straight off Church Lane is flat surfaced, easy for disabled to enter and visible and easy to find. Very good seats, table and acoustics. Seats 12 people easily.
T.Stayed at the hotel earlier this month for 4 nights. Last minute decision to go to Queenstown for a night and what a treat. The buffet breakfast was very good. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Neighborhood was safe for night time walking.
T.We had an amazing eight night stay at The Spire. It's right in the middle of town so we didn't need a car. We were served by a pleasant waiter. A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise. All the staff could not have been more helpful.
T.The location was great - easy to get around. The room itself was a really good size. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. Would highly recommend The Spire if you're going to Queenstown and want to stay in town.

M.This is the best 5* hotel I have ever stayed in - and I have stayed in many throughout the world. They really have thought of everything, from the open fire in the room, the balcony, the Eames chair, Alpaca throws, heated floor, fresh milk in the morning, dining credit, central location, friendly staff, valet parking... even a bag of sweets and a handwritten note left in the car for the onward journey. I cannot fault it. Cheap at double the price.
