b.Definitely a 5 star experience! We enjoyed our trip and the nights there very much!!!
Location: perfect. On a quiet road and had a sound sleep, not too far away from the main road and city center, only 1 or 2 minutes driving.
Close to many sights, like the spa, skyline etc.
Cleanness: great. Very clean, bathroom and toilet were absolutely clean.
Very comfortable especially when it had its own private large courtyard and spa pool!
Enjoy it very much! Highly recommend!!
A.Is was cheap and practical. Quite dated and some of the furniture was slightly broken. But if you need a place to crash for the night, it's good for that. You might need your soap and shampoo. I don't believe any complimentary toiletries are offered.
S.Great place to stay, very friendly staff, comfertable beds, spacious rooms and modern interior with eveything you need. Spa bath outside in a private area which is great having air flow amd also plently of outside room with a table and chair also.

S.Although it may look bad when driving up, the deflated duck on the roof made us feel deflated. the rooms are surprisingly clean and very spacious. It has everything you need wifi, tv,kitchenette,hot shower, free parking it was great for an over night stay. Would stay again!

Хороший мотель. У нас номер был с джакузи, но этот спа был на улице, а на улице было 10 градусов и нам им воспользоваться не удалось.
Вообще расположен очень удобно, в дали от шумной улице.
Парковочное место есть у каждого номера.
Хозяева доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь.
В номере очень много скидок на развлечения в Ротора.
Номера большие. В принципе все чистое.
