S.Friendly, welcoming staff, room was clean and tidy, rather compact with decor from early 2000's which was adequate. Furniture was very comfortable to relax into after long drive. Close to city but still a 20+ minute walk each way to anything useful. Portable cots supplied were sturdy and high quality. Spa bath worked fine. Very happy overall, recommended!
R.We stayed at a very nice apartment with two bedrooms and two balconies. There was a big massage bath in the bathroom. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Excellent price and quality balance. Price included fully equipped kitchen, free Netflix and WiFi. It really felt like home, I would have liked to stay there longer.
-1 star for the balcony doors because they were not double layered and the bedroom became very cold during the night (we stayed there during October).
d.Was a last minute booking, got my stay $60 cheaper than elsewhere & heaps more space. Loved the apartment layout. Everything we needed for our stay and more. Spa bath & netflix was a bonus😊 Great value for price. Will definitely be back again.
J.Lovely stay at this motel for the last resort and not planned. Very friendly people and had a great stay. 2 bedroomed accommodation, air con, netflix, sky. Very comfortable and tidy and neat. Spa bath in room, big and spacious for the price we had paid. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
R.We booked in to stay 2 nights at this motel and can honestly say we had such good service we stayed an extra night. The rooms are lovely and the price was very reasonable the staff are only to happy to help in any way. Would defiantly stay there again and will do in the summer. It's close to town and we had a great time..

M.An excellent room for our family of 4 for 2 nights. Tidy, clean and everything functionable. WiFi the best out of any motel we have stayed in. I needed to find an internet cafe in town and asked reception and he let me submit my assignment quickly on his own device! We'll be back for sure!
P.Clean and tidy but no air conditioning so very hot in the room. We were given the disabled access room, but neither of us are disabled. The room is at the front of the property right by the road but traffic noise was not a problem as noise from fan blocked it at night.

A.Lovely place to stay! Complete amenities, they even provided us with 2 heaters and electric blanket. Our room has jacuzzi (spa bath) and it was very relaxing after a long & tiring day exploring Rotorua. Everything's spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the tv box where you can watch netflix, youtube and local channels plus the free wifi is very reliable. Highly recommend this hotel!
S.Was ok.The Staff were nice but the facility was alright. Microwave had rust in it, the Bathroom had mildew on the ceiling and the shower. The taps in the Bathroom were ready to come apart. But the room was ok.
R.Excellent rooms. Lots of space with a balcony upstairs and down. Easy to find on the main strip of hotels. But not really a quick walk to muchalong that strip other than more motels.
E.Beautiful and spacious apartment..The Manager was very friendly and professional..give out helpful information on the great attraction in rotorua..Great location and the spa was amazing..hands down was a great time there and for our weekend get away too..Netflix and unlimited wifi was a plus to our amazing stay too.
H.Administration assistant was very friendly and really helpful, provided a handful of coupons with discounts for attractions around Rotorua i.e ZORB and Agrodome Rooms were fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.
J.As soon as we went to check in we felt welcomed,our room wasn't ready so the owner changed our room so we could check in.The room it's self was fantastic well worth the money We would definitely stay here again.My daughter wad also happy because it had unlimited Wi-Fi.
