k.Stayed 2 nights here. Very friendly genuine welcome from Morgan makes all the difference. Lovely clean stylish room with well equipped kitchen. Room was warm, beds were very comfortable. Shower good unit lovely and clean. Hot tub absolutely devine. Cleaning staff do a wonderful Job servicing the rooms daily nice to come home from a day out to a tidy unit. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
T.We stayed for three nights this past weekend. The room was perfect, it was clean & tidy. There were plenty of towels. The staff were friendly, it was serviced every day. I left some dishes in the sink as we were rushing out the door one of the days & came back to them washed & put away. Nice quiet location handy to everything. We will definitely stay again. Recommend this place for sure
B.Really enjoyed our stay, easy ground floor room, parked right outside, spacious clean and tidy and spa was great. Not just a spa bath but an actual spa too. Most of all our host ( I'm assuming owner ) was great. He took the time to show us our room, wished us well and seemed happy to have us there. Great to have that reception from someone who cares.
R.Great Motel and very accommodating owners. Friendly and welcoming, this is my new Rotorua tab for a place to stay. Would be a 5 but needs aircon for those hot night's. But a spa in each room is a winner. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented.
S.We had a wonderful stay in this motel. The manager who checked me in was very hospitable. He personally showed me the room and how every thing worked. Our room was big enough to sleep three people. There was a small dining table, a work table, two comfortable leather lounge chairs and three regular chairs. The frig, microwave, hot water pot, french coffee press and utensils were all there. The giant spa pool in place of a tub was an added pleasant surprise.
M.We stayed in the one bedroom suite which has two single beds in the lounge and a queen size sofa bed. Well catered open plan kitchen. Adjacent to the spa was the single bedroom with a king size bed. We enjoyed our stay a lot; mainly due to the wonderful staff who looked after us and made us feel right at home.
I have recommended this place to a few of my friends who also loved their stay at Capri.
Very central and good value for money!
v.This motel was very quiet from traffic and beds were so comfortable. Very clean and spacious, the spa pool was a bonus as it was one where you fill yourself and didn't take long. Good walk into town was a bit of a hike but that was fine. Best place to eat is at Eat Street at CBK. The staff at the motel were lovely. Thanks to all of you at the Motel all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
J.Stumbled upon the motel by accident, and so glad we did. The lady on reception was awesome and when I asked at 9.30am the next day if we could stay another night due to my husband being sick, it was all good...so greatful for that. Also so organized a remote for our bedroom tv when there wasnt one there.
The room is very nice and comfortable and housekeeping were awesome, even though we didnt need anything done, the lady asked me if I needed anything (more plunger coffee bags), and that if there was anything else I needed just ask if she was around, or ask at reception.
Would definitely reccomend. A lovely warm place all round 😊

S.Five minute drive from Eat Streat. Clean rooms with good amenities. We had our own hot tub, which was great, however the shower is built into it making it awkward to use. Condensation builds quickly and since there are no screens on the windows, expect bugs to fly into the rooms if you shower at night. Despite this, we had a good experience otherwise.
J.Awesome stay, room was large - didn't need aircon. Morgen went above and beyond with all things - it felt like no request was too big if it was within his power. Would highly recommend!
H.First time we have stayed. We stayed in the 2bed appartment. When your away with kids it's really important it's safe, clean and comfortable. We finally found somewhere that ticks them all. Great beds really make a big difference! Will definitely be back.
V.My husband and I stayed at Arista Capri in celebration of my 50th Birthday for 2 nights, travelling down from Auckland. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment & we're a little late checking in due to traffic out of Auckland. Morgan the motlier was so accommodating by keeping reception open late and was a wonderful host during our stay. The unit was very clean, tidy, modern and spacious, with quiet off street parking and no noise from the neighbouring units. I would highly recommend staying there and intend to book there again for any future trips to Rotorua, great stay thanks Morgan!!! Thanks Lara
J.The stay was exceptional. I would recommend this for any length of stay you have planned. Everything was close and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed Rotorua from this starting point for several days. I will stay here again!
M.Was pretty good, but coming home finding cleaners had been in and done the whole place with out our permission wasn't good, also the fact we pay for 48 hours, and have to check out at 10am in the morning, which isn't 48 hours. Another problem is the noise coming from other rooms when using the bathroom sink, Could also include a free breakfast with the amount you pay.
A.2 bdrm unit. Clean tidy appealing room. Spacious and ultra private with mirrored glass so couldn't see in even with lights on. Friendly people at reception and always there to help. Hot tub is awesum!
D.Nice modern motel. Stayed in a twin studio which is still a decent sized room. Decent amount of parking with turning space which is handy given the main road it's on. Close to a large selection of restaurants and the city center
K.If you're looking for a place to relax or a weekend away from home, then look no further but this is the perfect place. Very welcoming atmosphere - beautiful place, very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

R.Arista Capri was priced well and in a good Central location for our 2 night stay in Rotorua. Cable TV and a huge spa Bath are the main draws. Room was clean and great layout with daily servicing. Only negative was a leaky tap.

A.The room is big and enough kitchen utensils to so light cooking or heating. Supermart is just 800m away (10mins). No aircon but fan provided. U can open the window to let the cold air in if you wish. Its spring time in Oct so weather is good. Parking right in front of your unit.

A.Good hotel, reasonable price. Rooms are large. Has a private spa attached to each room. There are rooms here suitable for families, as long as kids are ok sharing the lounge.

L.Funny situation: i had the unfortunate situation of first checking into malones across the road. The apartments were built exactly the same...But everything that was bad about malones is good about arista-capri. Great, friendly, helpful and empathetic staff. Clean and fresh apartment, Comfy, clean beds. Highly recommend this motel.
T.Stayed a night about 3mths ago. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. The service was outstanding, great manager onsite, very friendly and accomodating.
J.Sometimes it is the little things in life that make the difference and in the case of the Arista Capri they had me at string and tag teabags (that are not common in New Zealand). Tidy comfortable rooms with fantastic spa baths.
